So Frank and I FINALLY had time to eat at Juanchi's Burgers in Silver Bluff.
AMAZING.
Not only did they welcome us and treat us like family (without invading our privacy or being too familiar), the food was spectacular!
The owner shared their roots with us (Venezuela to Brooklyn to open their 1st restaurant there and continue expanding to Miami and now to Spain...impressive determination to growth) and incredible perseverance in face of struggles in Venezuela and through the pandemic.
The presentation of the food is fun and unique.
Sunday's weather was Miami perfect so we sat outside and enjoyed a relaxing music filled environment. So blessed we had the time to do this.
We ordered cauliflower "wings" as an appetizer, Frank had the psychedelic burger, and although they were out of the Al Gore meatless salad and another meatless salad I wanted, I did opt for the Carib burger, and was quite pleased with it. Added their home made caper mayo sauce which was fabulous!!
Clearly returning when we have time to hopefully have that salad or some of their other meatless or meat alternative Burgers (oh the meat was excellent, well seasoned and juicy).
So blessed to live and sell real estate in beautiful Miami!! Our people are so interesting and diverse here. So blessed!
Bon Appétit!

Read moreI just had to share my thoughts on this incredible burger joint. Let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem. I haven't had a burger this good in ages, and that's saying something!
First off, let's talk about the service. It was top-notch, spot on, and downright impressive. The staff were attentive and provided such wonderful service that I can't fathom how anyone could complain. Those folks must have wandered into the wrong restaurant, because the service here was on point.
Now, let's dive into the star of the show—the burger itself. Picture this: a dark bun, not your average run-of-the-mill bun, mind you. This bun was not only visually appealing but also packed a flavorful punch. And the best part? It didn't leave me feeling overly stuffed like some other burgers do. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, making each bite a mouthwatering delight. As for my choice of toppings, I went with their homemade barbecue sauce, and boy, was it a winner! The flavors danced together harmoniously, creating a taste explosion in my mouth.
But wait, there's more! I couldn't resist ordering a side of truffle fries, and let me tell you, they were out of this world. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of truffle flavor. Absolutely amazing.
To sum it up, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a fantastic burger experience. From the impeccable service to the delectable dark bun burger and the heavenly truffle fries, this place delivers on all fronts. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreNice burger joint. The server 'sebastian' treated my party very nice. The restaurant has dining inside & the back which is an open area- both areas clean & nice. Love the rustic theme to the place.
My party enjoyed their food. Some of the food is hit but some are a miss. The appetizers we had were tasty. We had the "Onion Bloomer- serve w/ Special Juanchi’s Sauce" my party enjoyed it. "Corn on the Cob topped w/ cotija cheese & chipotle mayo" my party enjoyed. "Fried Chicken wings w/ spicy chipotle & BBQ sauce on the side" I enjoyed BUT for $8 the wings were so small not worth the price in my opinion. "Fried avocado w/ caper sauce" my party enjoyed. "Fried green plantains, white grilled & grated cheese, secret green sauce" is basically a tostone with queso frito on top my party loved it! As for the burgers & chicken sandwich I personally did not taste but my party did & they devoured it they enjoyed it. But the fries not so much almost everyone in my party left their fries. I tried them myself and they are a tad bit overcooked & hard not crispy. Now the milkshakes my party love them they looked so good! But in my opinion a litlle pricey for the amount. The drinks come in a stainless steel mug which that was cool & different. The paper straws are ok but not for kids because they start to chew on the straw.
Overall experience: Great place to chill with the family. Nice ambiance. Nice food. Nice service. Just a tad bit pricey on some of the...
