Absolutely delicious! Such a chill, comfortable vibe in here - I love that people bring their animals and that all furry friends are welcome! My favorite drinks are the Kokito, purple rain & the smooth operator but I’m excited to try new things on the menu! They make all of their own syrups and juices from real organic fruit - I can tell the freshness and appreciate that I’m not consuming random chemicals. Made with love. Every employee I’ve met so far has been so great, but Carter is usually the one I see on the days I go in. He is attentive, quick, kind and especially great to talk to when the bar is slower! Love the music choices I hear on those days, truly sets the tone. Josh and Paola have done such a beautiful job with the design and decoration of their space, it is such a comfortable vibe and the space feels home-y. They even have a little library and post positive messages and affirmations on their board which are lovely to read whenever I come in and they change it, which is often! I went to the grand opening of Kava Kavern and it was my first time trying any Kava based drink. I was NOT disappointed. I had a Kava based milk based drink which I can only describe as tasting like a milk tea boba tea without the tapioca balls that left me feeling relaxed and tingly. The atmosphere added to the experience as the place is meticulously decorated with very clean organic feel... lots of greens and wood touches. I could also tell that the people that worked there were highly educated on their menu. While other Kava tea houses use kool aid to conceal the strong flavor of Kava, Kava Kavern utilizes flavors imported from Thailand. Finally, the presentation of the drinks was top notch. Real Flowers, Fresh Rasperries are added to their unique blend of drinks. I would definitely visit this place again for a relaxing, fun experience, that may give you a tad bit but pleasant 'high' that is indescribable unless you have tried it before!
