PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE READING THE BAD REVIEWS from other suspicious comments.
I was in that place with my wife looking for 2 Foo Dogs for our apartment. We were there with curiosity because all the bad reviews the place had from last week. But when you read the previous bad reviews, you can notice almost all of them are related to the same guy Gabriel that has a bad experience over there.
Question: are those reviews real or refers to the same issue withbthe same person?
No, the parking spaces in the front of the stores over there are not public spaces, they are assigned to each business. So, you have to park accordingly where you are going to go. That's happes everywhere. You can't park in Publix parking lot or CVS, Walgreens or Office Depot, and going to the bakery across the street, they're going to call the towing guys, I saw a lot of time this scene to happen.
Our experience: We entered, and immediately we met Mrs. Keni, a very kind person who guided us through the whole store to show us the different pieces related to our purchase. She also asked questions about every piece we wanted to know the origin, techniques and meaning, dedicating time to us without pressing us to buy anything.
When we finally decided to buy, we received the special discount she promised us when we arrived and she blessed our dogs for the new place.
We are latinamericans, and we can tell when visiting places if people are or not racist. Let me tell you that is not how we felt in this store. We felt very welcome and we recommend this place for those who truly are looking for original pieces and to know about them.
Mrs. Keni know about what she sells and for us was very attentive, kind and helpful. To complete the experience, she walked us to the door to open for us before say goodbyeand thankyou, as a traditional Asian way.
By the way, my grandfather was Chinese, I don't look like an Asian born, so there was no way she treated us well because my race. I let her know before leaving the store.
We're planning go again for other pieces for our...
Read moreI parked my car briefly in front of the store to pick up an order next door, and the owner came out and started yelling at me. Although I moved my car immediately, she continued to harass me and even blocked me from picking up my order. I’ve never experienced anything like this in public before, and it was incredibly distressing, especially since my 11-year-old child was with me in the car and was visibly shaken by the situation. I refrained from calling the authorities as I didn’t want to further traumatize my child, but I strongly believe this woman may need mental...
Read moreI pass by this store a lot. Seem interesting, until I met the owner. Just to pick up an order from next door, I gotten a rude awakening. Simply put, the owner is a little too much. The attitude for just parking partially on the side walk (public area), along with the hostility towards me. I literately had to call the police on her so that I can get my food and leave. 2 minutes turned into an whole hour after the police got there - to calm her down. I wanted to file harassment charges on her after she literally put her hands on me. But I’m a man of faith. Pray...
