f I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this place was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was met with pure hostility from a heavy-set Latina woman at the counter who clearly has no concept of customer service.
I told her it was my first time there and that I had ordered through ClassPass, thinking she might offer some guidance or basic human decency—instead, she immediately got nasty and condescending. In the rudest, most impatient tone, she snapped, “Well, what do you want?” As if my presence alone was an inconvenience to her. I calmly explained that I had ordered a 6-pack of shots and an Açaí bucket, but instead of simply confirming or helping, she rolled her eyes and repeated herself, even more aggressively, “What do you want?”
At that point, it was clear she had no interest in helping customers, just in being rude and dismissive. No one deserves to be treated like that when spending their hard-earned money. I walked in excited to try something new—what I got was an attitude, terrible service, and complete regret for wasting my time.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that offer similar products without the miserable, unprofessional attitude. I spent the money and left without my food. What a waste of time and a...
Read moreWasn’t impressed unfortunately. Açaí was sub-par (tasted fake and very sugary) & the bowls come with ”unlimited” toppings but the catch is that they give you almost nothing of each one. Mine literally came with 3 strawberry slices and 5 banana slices lol Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Cute atmosphere, but also no public bathroom so we had to take ours to-go rather than enjoying it there. To be clear, there is a bathroom in the back of what looks like a consumer area, but it’s “employee only”. Staff was condescending when asked if they had a public one. Not typically one to leave a bad review but felt compelled to with this one. Plenty of far better acai spots in Miami that are much more deserving of...
Read moreWe are traveling to Miami and ordered two acai bowls and received one. We are two people. Uber says they will only refund us one. We don't want to eat. Who wants to eat with two people and then one comes and one eats and one starves? I told Uber to take it back because I didn't even touch the food. They made a mistake. If two people are supposed to eat it, you either get two or you don't. Why should I have to spend money, feel bad, waste time, and not be able to eat it? I know I may be too harsh on one ordering mistake, but this is the worst day ever. No one tries to make it up to me. This is the best way...
