Moshi Moshi MiMo — Restaurant in Miami

So the restaurant is beautiful. There is complimentary valet parking for all customers. There is no parking. Mini you got away for your car to return if Valley takes it. This restaurant is on a busy street. So I found parking across the street. Cross the street with extreme caution. Because some miami drivers don't know how to drive. I do want to remind you they treat the online and over the phone orders completely different. As for people who order physically in the restaurant, if you're physically there of course they're gonna treat you as priority you're giving tips. Uber Eats charges various prices just to get your food delivered, but it's based on location.

So I ordered over the phone. At 6:31pm the food was ordered. It was told my food will be made in 20 minutes. I ordered the vegetable noodles, Chicken fried rice and 2 different types of sushi. I got there 6:57pm. Upon arrival I was told 7 to 10 more minutes. Mind you I paid with a credit card they do not take any over the phone payments for credit cards you need to physically be in the store to pay with that form of payment. so at that moment in time I paid for my order seems to me like that's when my order was put in and they started to make my food.

So now is 7:11pm, 10 minutes right. I was told the food would still not done they still had to make the rice at 6:13pm. Being as nosy as I am I asked another customer who was also waiting and she ordered at 7:40,over the phone . She waited over 30 minutes to get her food. At the moment in time they told her the dragon roll was not ready. 7:21 p.m. I got my food and I walked out mind you I had to drive myself home so Miami traffic the food was still decently warm( rice, noodles, and sushi). Beginning that certain foods could be prepared right then and there on the spot and you still gotta wait on the hot food I'm glad I physically went in and waited for my food because that ensured the freshness of my food but I would hate to order from Uber eats somewhere because I don't want my food sitting not saying that that happens. Food was great hence I gave them 3 🌟🌟 🌟 . Now due to the qait be prepared to wait in advance for your food. My weight staff seems to speak Spanish. I delt with the onine and phone orders department. Bathroom was kept in decent terms. The ambience around the restaurant is Zen but everybody's busy and majority of us are just sitting around waiting My review is based on the fact that I was told 20 minutes. This place used to be the spot! But since last year they finally became extra money hungry grifters trying to charge you for everything if they could. What's next, charging for ice or air? You used to order 2 meals to go and get a sauce free each, chop sticks, napkins etc.. these last few months have been absolutely trash, like you'll get better service at a McDonald's at this point. 2 months ago I order to go and the lady tells me I have to pay an extra $4 for 2 miserable spicy mayo sauces, like bro that's a whole Kobucha, that's half a Chip Bowl. $4 for sauce, then I pay it w.e get not chop sticks nor napkins. Just ordered tonight but it was worst than before. The lady takes my order I change it up a bit and get diff sushi no problem, I ask for 3 sauces for $16/$17 dollar sushi that's practically selling rice in a sea weed wrap lmaoo and she tells me it's $6 for sauce so basically almost paying $46 for 2 miserable orders of sushi to go.. like what? There's a place down the street selling that same for half and free sauces lmao, i get that people in Miami DONT VALUE their money and want to live and dle renting forever but coming from mid west were you can get FAIR NORMAL good deals for regular stuff its ridiculous that you would charge $6 for fkn sauce. That's insane, I know you love to fire your good knowledgeable employees all the time because you guys must pay insanely low but damn.. that's a whole new low for a "Miami" rice wrapped in seaweed restaurant.
