McDonald's — Restaurant in Miami

This is the only location for McDonald's in Miami, OK. Since renovation a couple years ago, there have been vast improvements with service here.

For the most part, employees are friendly and quick with service. I personally do not eat here often but when I do, I have not received a messed up order.

Simple go to's are: McDouble or McChicken with a Fench Fry. If you have downloaded the app you can typically get $1 large French Fry with an in-app coupon. Sometimes McDonald's will run specials to buy one get one for a $1 from choosing a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder Cheese Burger, or a 10 pc Chicken McNugget. If ordering a meal, I would recommend downloading the app to see what daily specials are available. Another popular in-app coupon would be the --% off with a minimum $5 purchase.

With the inflation of our economy, McDonald's prices have risen and it simply does not make sense to eat here often. It is expensive when ordering for a family. Due to that, I would not eat here at all if it were not for the coupons in the McDonald's app.

Also, McDonald's is not a healthy option, so if on dietary restrictions, just don't eat here or only get apple slices and a water.

You can expect a wait time no matter what the time of day is as it is still the only McDonald's in town. I do believe the majority of workers at this location do their best and move as quickly and as efficiently as possible for their line of duty to keep the flow of customers going.

Overall, McDonald's is still an easy go-to fast food...

I arrived right after breakfast when they were starting lunch. I was told to pull forward along with a long line of cars to wait for our food, so I thought OK well that’s normal. They’re just starting lunch. It’s gonna be fresh. We all waited 15 minutes, When the lady started bringing food out, orders were wrong, but that’s not the worst part, none of the food was fresh or hot or even warm. My bun was hard. My fries tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. To top it off, they forgot my frappe , so the lady says it’s gonna be another few minutes on that. She walked in and brings out someone’s bag of food and I asked where is my frappe after I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes, she said hang on I’ll go get it. Worse experience ever at a McDonald’s , and I won’t be back. If you make people pull forward to wait and you’re just now starting lunch, the food better be hot and fresh. It’s bad enough. I work at a corporate owned drive through restaurant. So I know what it’s like to feel like you’re running around like a chicken with your head cut off while the store is on fire. HOWEVER. Never in my life have I seen a McDonald’s or any restaurant really, so poorly ran. I placed a mobile order for a happy meal. Waited 10 minutes while I drove across town and then waited in their incredibly long line, to check in at the box to let them know I was there. Got to the window and she didn’t know where my order was. I go to second window, as directed, and she tells me “Next time, check in at the box. It makes it easier on us.” I told her “Yes ma’am. I’m aware. And I DID check in at the box.” She said “Oh you did? Well I still have to pull you forward.” I pull forward and wait some more. A lady comes out and STILL has no idea where my order is.
