Oh My Concha! — Restaurant in Miami

DELICIOUS! My family and I have always bought pan dulce at a bakery whose quality has sadly declined in the last few years. My brothers were visiting for the holidays and I wanted us to have yummy pan dulce with hot chocolate. So I found Oh My Concha! and bought conchas and table chocolate and it was SO GOOD! Like my brother said, the conchas were soft and fluffy! Also, Ricardo provides excellent service. He was incredibly accommodating when I had ordered table chocolate and they were sold out of it. I had forgotten that he had already told me about the chocolate being sold out over the phone; he worked out several solutions for it and I deeply appreciated this even though I had made the error. The packaging is also so thoughtfully done. It all felt like a wonderful Christmas present for my family! I needed custom conchas for my children’s Sesame Street birthday party and couldn’t find them anywhere but my picky eaters love them! I called Oh My Concha and immediately they started working on samples and sent me samples before they allowed me to place the order to make sure I liked the design. I loved it! Expectations went above and beyond with customer service, aesthetic and of course taste! I even got to sample an assortment of other flavors which were also delicious! When I tell you I have been searching for homemade TRUE Mexican concha’s. I was so sad that Miami barely had if at all an authentic place. That was until I found @oh.myconcha 🥲💜 the owner was so easy going that I was able to place my order this morning and had it ready by late afternoon. The bread was so fluffy and so tasteful you could even smell each flavor & know it was going to be an adventure in your mouth. Please please give him a follow and order for any special occasion! I told my husband I want a box of red petal conchas for every birthday here...
