Didn't eat , I ordered take out .An order of Tacos de Borrego and a large Pozole because the order taker said no more small , On the website to the restaurant it shows 7.50 $ and the Pozole 12.95 , I get to the restaurant and the tacos were 8.95 and the soup 13.95 , I tell the waitress of the price difference and she says , "We don't have anything to do with the Website" WHAT? I told her I was willing to pay the price I saw but not the different price , I even picked up one of the paper menus which they had plenty of in the counter and the price on menu were also $7. 50 for the tacos and I did not see the price for the pozole. After I told her this she whisked the food away and I walked out in total disappointment and disbelief that in this environment which we're in with the pandemic that you want to go into a place and get out as fast as you can when you order ahead , she would say that they have nothing to do with their website. The place was busy for a Sunday night but I do not know how...
Read moreI’ve ordered to-go here many times over the past 3 years and I find that their non-taco dishes are much better. The quality of the tacos has gone down, but it wasn’t very high bar to begin with. Their other plates are better, including the veggie quesadilla, specials, and non-taco plates. I ordered tacos one last time, but I’m firm that they’re just not very good and I’m going to stick to their other dishes which are more tasty...
Read moreThis is one of Miami’s great hidden gems for mexican food. Centered in the neighborhood of little Havana, it is not to far off from the more touristy areas of little Havana. If you are in the area make sure to check them out. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this place empty. Good food at very reasonable prices. Although Miami is NOT known for great mexican food and I am not an authority on what true authentic mexican cuisine is, I can say this is definitely one of the better mexican spots unless you drive to homestead or further north - West palm beach area.
