I only order 1 thing quite often on uber eats for my son who loves the vaca frita but every time i go get my order its never ready even if i go later than the time it says. The service is horrible! 3 women at the window can look at me in my face but not have the decency to say “ill be right there or give me a minute” they just continue to talk like a customer isn’t there.. multiple times where they say my order isn’t ready then make me wait and apparently never saw my bag with my name which was right behind them the whole time.. i never wrote a review but today i picked up my food and received someones left overs as well.. that’s disgusting! the lady on the phone said “this happens sometimes with our uber orders it gets mistaken for the other plates” im sorry what? Idk what their procedures are for discarding leftovers but i can understand if i mistakenly got someone else’s order but leftovers?? Horrible service. I walk in to pick up an order because on the Uber app it said my order was ready. Theirs 3 girls behind the counter at not one of them acknowledged me but they asked two other customers that walked in after me what they needed. I don’t like making a scene so I just let it go. I asked one of the girls for my order she didn’t even ask me if called or was it an Uber delivery or anything. While she was checking she asked “what did u order?”. I said I ordered through Uber 😒. Then she said it’s not ready yet while the other girl is coming out the kitchen with a lot of orders and she didn’t even check to see if one of them was mine. I’m going to start out this review by saying the food was very good. However, if you are traveling or are out of state, or happen to be someone not of color, this is not a restaurant for you. My boyfriend and I are traveling from KY, we are clearly tourists. We were never checked on and waited forever for our food (which they messed up but at that point we were starving so ate it anyway). Another local customer was talking for us because they observed that they weren’t serving us as well. Our waitress wasn’t very nice and it was very obvious they were talking about us. I felt like they were very racist towards us and we felt very uncomfortable. We were there for almost 2 hours and watched 3 tables come in after us, order, get their food, and then leave all before we even got our food.
