Subway — Restaurant in Miami

Service was incredible. As if the subway artist can read minds. Right! She knew I was in the mood for a Italian Sub Special. Accompanied by two oatmeal andvraisin cookies. Plus an awesome fountain drink that puts the cherry in coke. The subway artist was really excited while preparing my food. The type of energy that will inspire many of today's great subway artist. Its not just a sandwich, this is truly art. She knew I wanted a couple of pickles, lettuce, tomatoes. Add some salt n pepper, vinegar and oil. I was in total state of shock she literally completed my order with out saying a word. How in the world did this take place or even occurred. I sat and pondered the thought and try to wrap the concept around my head. Then it dawned on me. She was a subway artist. Simple and plain I left the store and her name was Mary jane. Freaken awesome and excited I was leaving the storee...

Very hard for me to leave a bad review, however, I am at a birthday party at the park that is 200 ft from this subway. It started raining and my wife and I ran here to order subs for the group, we waited outside till we weren’t dripping wet. We tried to walk in the store and they denied us, they told us that we were wet and cannot come in. We all know Miami weather and it started raining out of no where. Being 200 ft from the store, being denied entry, we are not even close to dripping wet, and this young man told us to leave. Good luck to this store, this is a horrible reflection on what you do. They prefer to kick people out instead of welcoming them, making them comfortable (it was a take out order) but now they lost many regulars. We always come here because the park is next door. Now we would rather pay the delivery charge from jimmy johns or firehouse. Sorry subway, you...

Placed an order for pickup on Thursday and I ended up picking up the order a little later than I anticipated and when I asked the older man to reheat my sandwiches he told me no. I got home and found out that both of the sandwiches were made incorrectly, no problem, mistakes happen, so I went back to the store and asked the older man if he could remake my sandwiches since they were made incorrect and he proceeded to argue and tell me no numerous times and essentially tell me I’m lying and that the sandwiches were made right. I tried showing him the receipt and he refused to look at it and kept arguing with me saying the sandwiches were right. After I kept trying to explain to him and show him the receipt he got aggravated and threw the sandwiches away and remade me new ones with a horrible attitude....
