I moved to Coconut Grove from Chicago in 2008. I discovered The Last Carrot during a run one morning. I was sweaty and in need of some Gatorade. Instead of buying a bottle at the gas station next door I went into The Last Carrot and had a smoothie. The service was exceptional. Genuinely friendly and properly trained service staff that with that first visit impressed me enough to come back again. Hundreds of smoothies and wraps and tuna melts later I can say The Last Carrot is one of the best and most consistent places to dine at here in Miami. I think it's safe to say Erin, The Last Carrot's amazing owner, plays a major role in that. She is exactly what small business owners aspire to be in keeping the quality of the product consistent. The food is always great. I've been enjoying The Last Carrot and Erin's cooking for almost 14 years now and hope to do so for many years to come. A place you MUST visit if you're visiting Miami and one you'll absolutely become a regular at if you're a resident and swing by for that first unforgettable...
Read moreWe ordered a passion fruit orange juice to go. We felt so ripped off bc I saw the guy pressed oranges but used a passion fruit juice from a commercial package. It says ‘fresh juice’ so u assume they make the juices straight from the fruits. It wasn’t so and the taste was mediocre bc the passion fruit wasn’t freshly squeezed. Disappointed to have wasted 7 usd and wouldn’t recommend going there if you look for FRESH juices.
Remark after the helpful response of the business: it was papaya not passion fruit which doesn’t change the fact that the papaya was coming out of a container.
I am myself a business owner and would - if receiving such a feedback - apologize to the fact that the customer didnt get what they expected. No harm done - but getting such a response back from the business shows how less they seem to care if getting an...

The Last Carrot 🥕 is truly something special. Fast, friendly, fresh are a few words that come to mind right off the bat.
Make sure you go with 2 people so you can cover as many items/ flavors as possible.
Make sure you get one of the wraps, falafel, chicken, tuna, veggie, whatever floats your old boat there. Make sure you snag one of each sauce, and if you’re like me and could drink the stuff. Make sure you get 2 of each.
Also, get a smoothie AND a juice, both are great, you won’t be able to decide. So watch the smoothie down with the juice.
Prices are great. Staff has always been friendly.
Worth the drive over from South Beach if you’re pondering. Hell, it’s worth the drive from Orlando if you have an...
