Miami Vacation Rentals-Coconut Grove — Hotel in Miami

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BOOKING HERE! Please do yourself a favor and look at the countless other hotels and rentals in this area. Their deceptive pictures and false advertising are not worth your time or money.

After being told that check-in was 4pm, and letting the property manager know (as requested in the booking instructions) that we would arrive early from the airport, we received our keys assuming the room was ready, but had to sit in the hall outside the room and wait for it to be finished. Not a terrible wait, but still no apology or even acknowledgment from the property manager when this concern was raised. Needless to say, the room was NOT completely clean and the floors were still dirty.

More frustrating than that however was that we booked this location/room specifically because of the description and pictures showing panoramic, oceanfront views of the marina from the bedroom AND the living area. We instead received a partial ocean view from one side of the balcony only. The living area view was of the park, and the bedroom was nothing but a city view. This was false advertising and if we had known, we would have selected a different hotel all together.

When I shared our concerns that the online room pictures were misleading and that we were disappointed, the manager just stopped answering our texts. Not only is this unprofessional and discourteous, but also inconsiderate of others' time, money, and concerns. We kindly asked to have a discussion on how to rectify this, requesting a refund for the difference between the premium ocean view apartment (what we paid for) and the comfort partial ocean view apartment (what we clearly received), but absolutely no answer. Warning! This is not a hotel! This is a private residence located inside the hotel. Looks like a half renovated apartment that was split in half to become 2 units and was never fully finished. The shower has no door so water just falls out onto the floor, patches in the wall where they removed a fixture and didn't repair it properly. The room was labeled as "soundproof" but you could hear the next door neighbors partying until 2 in the morning. Tried calling the front desk to let them know we have a 5 am flight. They said they would tell security know and they never did anything. Noise continued for another 45 minutes. Air conditioner struggled to cool the room and drips condensation from the ceiling. Would recommend finding different accommodations...

What a find! The corner layout meant we had jaw-dropping views from both sides — sunrise to sunset was incredible. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. Bathrobes, extra towels, and pillows galore — even the bed felt like a cloud. The shower pressure? Perfect!

The kitchen had everything you could ever need, and we were surprised by the bottle of wine, cold waters, and handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the fridge. Such a thoughtful touch!

It felt like home, only better — luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful with views that make you never want to leave. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be...
