Rude staff and insincere apologetic manager. While placing my first order ever from this establishment, the staff hung up on me mid sentence. I almost did not call back to place our 4 pizza pick-up order. The staff did not bother to listen to what I was asking or saying. Even when I call back I said that I would like to place an order and the response I received was unapologetic and irritating sounding. When I went in to pick up the order I brought it to the acting managers attention. His response was, (coldly) "sorry if my staff was rude, it is very busy and we are short staffed." Then he immediately wrote me off and went right to the next person in line, just short of pushing me out the door. No, sorry for the poor experience or there is not excuse for rudeness or what can I do to make this right... As a person who has worked in customer service setting, even being busy is no reason to be rude. I was taught that in customer service, everyone matters and it is important to keep your customers happy. I am less than pleased. Needless to say I will be telling everyone I know about my experience here and will Never be calling on Ron's for pizza ever again. The only reason they got one star was because the pizza was okay tasting and sadly accompanied by the saddest garlic bread I have ever seen, but still...
Read moreAs much as I love the pizza, this isn't actually a complaint about the food. Rather the service, or more so the employees behavior. An Elderly couple came in as I was waiting for my pizza. Can't say for sure that I heard the whole conversation, but it had something to do with masks. The elderly gentleman asked the male employee if he was in the military. And the employee answered, "No, does that make you better than me?" The male employee continued to banter with the gentleman for a few minutes until I heard the employee say he would call the police. Clearly, if I could hear this conversation from 25 ft away, it was a little too loud. The gentleman ended up leaving, and the employee actually did call the police. And to top it off, another customer helped get the license plate so the police could find him?! I get that there is still a mask mandate. But the udder disrect for ones elders? I have never been more disgusted with an employee of a small business. I happen to also be a small business owner. I don't care what the law is, if I ever saw my employee treat someone like that, they would be escorted off the property immediately. No questions asked. It's sad that a customer saw this. And it will forever stay in my mind when I think about...

From the disrespectful staff to the unreliable services. Example tonight ordered 2 subs while trying to get out house situated and family relaxed for tonight so my wife can go into surgery on the morning. After the driver somehow fails to make his delivery he tells me repeatedly that he had been to my house and hit no answer, he continues to be very rude and will not let me talk to the manager. He tells me to get in the circle and wait and hand the phone up repeatedly as i call back to speak with someone else. We even tried from another line and got the same results.
