Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Miamisburg

went to this Tim Hortons around midday on 3/23/2025. I've been to other Tim Horton's before at various times so I'm gonna assume that these rules (I suppose & will tell you in a minute) apply to all Tim's location. I originally went to a Tim's to pick up a dash order....while there I saw their Chocolate Glazed Donuts so I brought TWO. They were soooo moist & delicious I was thinking about the donuts HOURS AFTER I had eaten them. So when I went to this location....the only thing I wanted to get was THOSE CHOCOLATE DONUTS! When I walked in I was greeted with one little ol Chocolate donut. I asked if this was all there was of that kind and if they were going to have/make anymore. That was all they had & wasn't making anymore. Now I can only assume that they make a certain amount of each kinds of donuts and balls & once they sell out that's it. THAT right there is unfortunate.....FOR THE CUSTOMER! This should apply to ALL the Tim's locations....if they see that one flavor is way more popular than the others....then they should make more of that kind to LAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY!🤷🏾‍♀️ ANYWAY, although disappointed...I still brought that ONE glazed Chocolate donut, a sour cream donut & a blueberry (I believe) donut. I bragged about the Chocolate donut so much to my daughter that I was going to buy TWO so we each could have one...THAT didn't pan out so I gave her the Chocolate one (she thoroughly enjoyed!) and I had the other two. The glazes sour cream donut wasn't anything to write home about 😒 BUT the blueberry donut was alright.....just alright. BRING ON MORE GLAZES CHOCOLATE...

They don't really tried to keep quality food ready to go. I've been eating here on and off for about two years. In the morning the staff is quick and the food is usually pretty good. The hash browns or 50-50 you may get one soft one but usually you're going to get one that's too hard to eat so you get about half of the combo that you purchased in the morning. The average cost for a combo is $6 or $7. If you go in the evening it's nice and convenient and that's the only reason I go but if you order a bagel it's going to be hard as a rock. If you order anything with bread on it it's usually going to be very hard and difficult to eat. I ordered a sandwich with chicken and bacon but the chicken seem to set out for about 3 hours before it was put on to the sandwich it seemed like it might have been from the morning time. It seems like because the restaurant is 24 hours they put the good staff in the morning time and anybody who's on second and third shift really does not want to be there. The only time that I would suggest ever going to Tim Hortons would be in the morning on your way to work and hope that you can get a hash brown that's edible. This particular location and is in a very busy very popular area yet after good morning Rush there seems to be no dedication to preserving the quality or service in this restaurant. I hope that this gets to somebody and they actually step up their game and try to...

The Monarch Lane location is rough, go to Springboro and save some time.

I keep having an issue that they do not have something listed on their app at the restaurant. So I can pay for the item ahead of time, but they can't/won't refund me at the location when I show up and they don't have the item.

I read the app FAQs re refunds, and they state that for a refund on a mobile app order you should go to a manager at the Tim Hortons location and verify your order with them and that after that they can issue a refund. Never have the workers at this location mentioned this, and they have never made an attempt to give me a refund or explain how. They just tell me to figure it out with the app, because it's a separate thing.

Today I ordered food and coffee, and they told me that they stopped making food after 6pm and could only give us the coffee. No sign about this, or any warnings on the app unfortunately. With how often they have issues with forgetting to make food and with customer service, I won't be going back soon and won't be ordering on the app at this...
