Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Michigan City

My order is never correct when I do drive thur for dinner and it's for more than one reason in the same order. I don't eat white meat and I'm constantly given a breast and wing in my 4pc. The chicken constantly still has feathers. My biscuit is dry and hard. And alot of times they forget my pies. They don't give meal credit if you call to complain. They want you to bring the food back right then and I can't do that because I'm getting it for lunch and can't leave work again and they are closed when I get off. They also talk to you as if you've done something wrong when you call to complain. Normally the store manager Stacy is very polite the next day when I return the food because I keep trying to eat there. But this time she seemed annoyed that I was returning the food. She didn't allow me to tell her all that was wrong with the order, she just told the young lady to give me another 4pc without knowing what was wrong and walked away seemingly like I had done something wrong & Not apologetic at all. I've never seen her act that way before. I live and work close to the Indiana and Michigan state line which is about 15 minutes from the store. I think I will start driving the extra 15 minutes past them to the next county for better food and...

We ordered through the mobile app tonight, with pick up in the drive thru. Upon arriving, was told at the order speaker that they were out of the apple pies and would we take the blueberry instead? I said sure; had ordered two and figured if I didn't like them my sister and brother-in-law might. Pulled up to the window and was asked to park over to the side, ok no problem. Waited maybe 5 minutes before our food was brought out to us.

Upon getting home we discovered that we were missing part of our order. Only got one pie (ordered two), missing our extra biscuits, a side of rice, didn't get the dipping sauces for the tenders. No napkins, or silverware (was never asked in the app or in person if they were needed). Husband tried calling the store and no one was answering the phone (yes, they were still open). He lodged a complaint on the corporate website. Very, VERY disappointed. Not even the delicious chicken could disguise this lousy...

Twice in one week, they left something off my order after going through the drive-thru. Today I ordered several chicken sandwiches, and fries, with a ranch cup on the side. Not only did they leave off the ranch, I didn't get fries either. Both are on the receipt, after a 15 minute drive home I notice the mistake. I called and talked to a manager and he says, "What's your name, we'll write you down for a small fry." Are you kidding? For one, it was a regular size and two, you can at least make it a large for my trouble. I drove 15 minutes back, when I get there it's a big joke, nobody acts like they care about my inconvenience.
