Edit: Dropped my prior 3 stars, to 1 star. Note: Waited a few days before posting this in order to clear my frustrations.
First off, I like Wendys and what they are attempting to do. I always liked their food but, I am very much not a fan of our local restaurant and our prior dining experience.
Once the restaurant re-opened after COVID, we attempted to try and dine out as a family as we had a few coupons. That, and our kids wanted to have a Frosty. It has been quite a while since we had a treat and went out as a family, so we attempted to do so. Unfortunately, our experience there has now ended our willingness to go into this location from this point and on. I am unclear as to what others seem to experience but, I very much cannot recommend this location.
Upon walking into the restaurant, the dining area even remodeled looked very unclean, not put together and not stocked with drink caps, napkins, ketchup and/or mustard or what you would expect to find at a typical establishment. As we stood there to wait our turn, we waited almost approximately 10 minutes before a staff member finally addressed us. During our order, we were frequently interrupted by the staff member checking her phone and/or speaking with staff members about things very much not relevant to business which started to frustrate me quite a bit. However, we made it through the order process and found a spot to sit as a family.
While waiting, it had been at least 15 minutes. My wife, as well as my kids started to become very agitated as you could understand but we remained very patient. After approximately 25 minutes though, I walked up to the counter but had to wait another 5 - 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my existence. During this time, the staff member seemed to almost be extremely inconvenienced but walked over and asked what I needed but very rudely. I inquired with the member about our food, the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes but stated she would go check. Another 3 or so minutes went by before she came back and simply stated our food is up next and walked way. Very annoyed, I simply just said thank you and walked back to the seat.
Another 10 minutes passed by before they finally called our order number. The trays appeared to be thrown together, my order was incorrect and most of the food at this point were luke-warm. I had to bother the staff members again as they forgot our drinks. The same woman I dealt with prior to getting our food came back to the counter, loudly plopped the cups on the counter and walked away without even saying a word. The woman didn't even acknowledge the poor Door-Dash woman or the two gentlemen standing behind her.
Needless to say, I would not recommend going back to this establishment until the staff if replaced or gone through customer service training and held to...

The fry container was less than halfway full.
A 10 piece chicken nugget was ordered and the bag was purely BBQ sauce packets. There were 10. 10 BBQs. For ONE 10 piece nugget. Due to the fact of the bag being full of them, 3 of them broke open.
99% sure the fries missing from said container were put into my “Baconator” fries. Which were nothing but. Quite literally a giant stack of fries that have strips of bacon on top and NO. CHEESE. I’ve never had such a MASSIVE pile of fries, let alone ONLY bacon on top of them. Sometimes the cheese isn’t even melted, but, this time there wasn’t even cheese on the fries except one little tiny tiny dab.
The drinks weren’t placed into the carrier, just sat on top. The lids were not placed on correctly, and the drinks leaked and spilled in the car.
The drink carrier was so soggy from the spillage that by the time I got to the door, it snapped in half and 2 out of 3 drinks went EVERYWHERE on my porch.
Worker approached my family members car once she pulled forward and greeted her with, “Hey, old timer.” She replied, “Excuse me?” To which he said, “How’s it going, grandma?” She told him she did not know him.
I’m going to be so straightforward when I say there is no way someone was not on some sort of mind altering substance while working between 11PM and 12AM tonight on 12/19/24. My family member works during the day and has been stopping at Wendy’s once in awhile when she gets off after 11PM majority of the year. Past experiences were heavenly. They ALWAYS made the food as fresh as they could, warm, and correctly. This location closes at 12AM. My family member stated they were all younger and she arrived home at 11:47PM. We live about 15 minutes out. Firstly, she ordered Baconator Fries and got cut off with “Your total will be…”. When she said she wasn’t finished, she was told she would have to wait 15 minutes for the food, putting her at the location between 11PM and 11:30PM. She stated at the speaker she didn’t mind waiting. There is no reason that ANY of this mess should have happened and it’s not even bare minimum service. If the workers cannot handle the night shift, they should reconsider their job. If I could post the photo of my baconator fries, I would. I haven’t even looked at the burger yet, and I’m scared to even eat it at this point if I’m...
Read moreI don't eat fast food obviously I went with a friend but Wendy's is decent it's always had friendly service clean your orders are always correct at Wendy's that's really one positive actual fact about Wendy's they never mess up your orders ever ever ever ever! Actually when I was very very little and was doing modeling I'd make my agent stop at Wendy's that's all I would eat every single day Wendy's and it had to be a special item that made a special ways what I'm trying to say it was a regular item they sold but it had to be made a special place and they got so used to me coming into these different Wendy's this little girl and I had specific features that I still have that I'm not going to broadcast because I get spotted where I go but at any rate I loved Wendy's as a little girl and it started with my grandparents the only grandparents I ever knew taking me there and they love to go there and at this time the Wendy's decorations on the tables were made of old newspaper designs like printed old black-and-white newspapers from the early 1900s was what the tables were they were glass tables with old newspaper articles on each table and we would sit and read them, my grandparents and I and I would have been about four years old till 10 years old I went with my grandparents for lunch when I would visit them always to Wendy's! But now as an adult I just don't eat fast food I did as a kid and I would only eat Wendy's as a kid I didn't want Taco Bell Burger King or McDonald's as a kid my pallet only wanted Wendy's and my family still teases me that I wouldn't eat when we would all go out for dinner and less they made a special stop for me to get Wendy's and then we will continue on to the restaurant of my family's choice! My family always catered to me was so great with me because I was a very very skinny skinny skinny little girl and I didn't like food and I was very picky eater so for them to even get me to take a bite of food was very very hard and I guess I'm glad for it now because I have well a perfect body! Not an ounce of fat! But at any rate the thing is Wendy's as divine it was when I was little and my grandparents took me there who have since passed away and I have those...
