I really enjoy the Dunkin experience. The app is easy to use and Dunkin runs lots of special offers. We use the drive thru. I have tried donuts from other local stores, but for my area Dunkin is the best place to go for donuts. I also enjoy the current breakfast deal, coffee, hash browns and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese for $6. My daughter loves the Dunkin coffees. There is just one issue I wish would change. At the pick up window, they open the window hand you the food and close the window, even before they give you the complete order. There has been countless times when my hubby leaves at that point, without the complete order. I do not live close to Dunkin, and it's very hard to go all the way back to pick up one donut. Then when we do get back there, no apology, no compensation. It's an easy issue to fix... The pick up window should remain open until the order has been completed. Or the Dunkin worker could say, I'll be right back with the rest of your order, please wait." I feel this simple fix would greatly improve the customer experience at Dunkin. So if you use this Dunkin make sure you have all of your order before you leave...
Read moreCan I give a zero stars?? My order is never correct when I go here. First, the lady taking the order doesn’t let me finish speaking before she says “anything else”. Then, of course, my order is wrong because she talks over me. When I tell them that the drink is wrong, she has to argue that I didn’t order that. I’ve been ordering the same drink for years! Today, my order on the receipt was correct, but they gave me the wrong bagel. I called 8 times, was hung up on multiple times & the rest of the calls wouldn’t go through. I had to wait in line all over again. When I went back up, of course someone in the background had to argue that he didn’t hang up on me. Do the workers know we can hear them??? The mistake of my order is obvious - accept that you made the order wrong, & give me the correct order. There is no reason to argue with the customer. If I am paying for something, it should be made correctly. If the order is made wrong, it should be fixed WITHOUT ARGUING. Service here is always horrible & continues...

Firstly the first day I kept reaching out to them about my missing latte their was no answer, call after call was ignored nonstop when I tried reaching out to them about my missing drink in the order that I placed. When finally my calls were able to go through the following day I spoke with the store manager he refused to refund my order, yet I wasn’t asking for a refund I asked for it to be made being it was missing. I was never looking for money in return, just my missing product that I spent a lot of money on as well as other items at that location. Manager was very rude, and refused to make my salted caramel that was missing, told me to contact the 1800 number for instance. I would not recommend purchasing from this dunkin, because they don’t take accountability for their workers mistakes, nor do they promise to make a product let alone refund when the problem is on their end.
