Arby's — Restaurant in Middle Township

I had a memory of Arby's from years ago and this did not live up to that memory. First, the menu board had writing that was so tiny, you could barely read it. I thought it was just me, then I saw a teenager who had her phone out and she explained she had to look at the menu on her phone because she couldn't read it either . . . Phew, I had been thinking about running home to make an eye appointment. I got regular roast beef and cheese, I mean, that's what Arby's is all about, right? Apparently that's not right. Terrible. No flavor. You had to ask for packets of horsey sauce, since they no longer have it out, and since we didn't have it initially I took a bite of sandwich without it at first. Guess what, the horsey sauce is what gave it the flavor. Without it, the roast beef has no taste at all. They have new rolls which are good, but not the same. The fries were tasteless and soggy. I would have done better with a corned beef special or anything else. Not quite what I remember Arby's to be, but it was also not clean. A lot of fast food places are not spotless, but someone comes out and wipes down the tables. Didn't look like much of that went on at this location. We won't be going back to this Arby's, or probably any Arby's...

This location just really doesn't have it together. 1st time I went here I had asked for two combos. While I was paying, I realized that she only rang me up for the sandwiches. I let her know I needed combos politely. The attitude I was given because she had made a mistake was unreal. Skip to yesterday, I went back for my 2nd visit. I clearly spoke just so not to be misunderstood. Maybe you can say I was picky, but I asked for the meat to be sliced thin on one sandwich. (Not a huge deal if it wasn't.) Got to the window and paid. Simply asked for salt to be thrown in the bag as well as the normal arby and horsey sauce. Pulled away and there's no salt in the bag. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks (standard), the 3 sandwiches are room temp with a slice of cold cheese slapped on top, and lastly meat wasn't thin. Maybe I'm critical because I worked at an Arby's as a teen, but those things would have never been overlooked by me. Another disappointment for...

First red flag is they are clearly not busy, and this was on a Friday night. We walked in and all one of the employees was genuinely frightened by customers in the store, which is very strange as they made a pretty big deal about it. So much so if a bid deal that the person said that he couldn't take our order inside ,and asked to take us through the drive through. The other employee took our order insted. Mediocre customer service, and no greetings. The place was dirty , and nobody wore gloves. This was within 10 seconds of walking into the establishment.
