1010 Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Went go see Star Wars tonight with my 20 year old son and 8 year old daughter. Movie let out at 6:20 so we decided to stop for dinner. Pretty unorganized group that seem more interested in entertaining themselves than customer service. It was my first time there. Place is clean and the menu (more on the menu in a minute) had an “Alarm Burger”. After I figured out that you are supposed to seat yourself and order, I did. Ordering was something out of a bad sitcom. Can I get an alarm burger? You want a large burger? No alarm burger. We only have one size burger. I said ALARM BURGER!! So a guy and his family come in an and is told someone will be right with him. He waits patiently while around him the staff/owners walking around with a mock up of a decorated House for Christmas and taking pictures. The guy and his two companions get up and leave. The owner? Tells him is self serve. Well why did you say someone will be right with me? Away he goes. Staff starts complaining how rude the guy was and not to worry about it. Cool thing about customers if you don’t treat them right, they will go away. So the burger comes and is is a larger burger on a bun that can’t support the weight of the meat and toppings. I take one bite and the side blows out. I didn’t bring a change of clothes so I left it.

Ok, so now the menu. I mentioned I am there with my 8 year old daughter. These clowns think it is funny to have two sandwiches under their “Fat Sandwich” category called the Fat bh and for my Greek friends, Fat Malka. Having something on your menu named after a slang term for a man master bating would be stupid for a bar to do. This place was full of kids.

So good folks at 1010 instead of playing games, take care of your customers, use proper rolls and fix your stupid menu.

We won’t be back.

P.s. received $4.00 in quarters for change because they didn’t have ones? Someone remembered to get quarters for the register but not...

First order today after driving past the place for years. Delivery took about 40 min when the website said to expect 70+ AND the Eagles are playing today, so off to good start. Did a basic ‘try-out order’, just pizzas and wings… Really great chew on the pizza crusts. Bold flavor on the Meat Lover’s. Amazing garlic on the White pizza, although I might consider extra cheese on the white next time. Also ordered “honey siracha” (sic) wings. These start sweet with prominent honey flavor, almost like candy, but then just enough heat kicks in to keep them from being cloyingly sweet. Pizza is good though I was overcharged. I ordered 2 large cheese pizza's on May 23rd. Before I ordered over the phone, I looked up the prices since this was my first time ordering . The online menu at that time stated $10.49 for a large pie. The menu I was given with my pizza had a price of $10.99 so I was disappointed to say the least when my son picked up the pizza, and I was charged 11.49 per pie. I called a day or two later and informed the woman who answered the phone about this and all that she said was ok, she would let someone know. There was no offer of refunding the money I over paid and at the time, I let it go when in hindsight I should have asked to speak to someone else.
