Hands down the worst place locally to order food from if you wish to have something given to you accurately and also fresh. I decided to finally write a review because I have not ordered from here in months but the end result is still the same and to save you from future aggravation. Only positives that one can take away is the staff is always pleasant and customer service through the mobile app is amazing. Issue is, food is wrong or not fresh 100% of the time, so you feel like you're almost scamming to get a refund through the app from the amount of times the food has been wrong. One quick correction which should be done is food holding times. Food is over prepped and being held for too long and then passed to the customers. French Toast Sticks from breakfast, rocks. Chicken Nuggets, same thing. I've witnessed firsthand the amount of nuggets cooked and held when I picked up an order on a slow evening. Order Accuracy. Today ordered a Chicken Sandwich with just Mayo & Lettuce. Got Home, it was with marinara and mozzarella. This lone example has happened countless times and the last thing you wish to do is drive back and get a correct sandwich because it should of been correct the first time around. Food Missing. Either French Fries or Nuggets. Who's in charge of training people to expedite orders here? (I know this happens at a lot of fast food places but here, it happens too frequently) This restaurant needs a new GM and a retraining of employees. I personally love Burger King food, and it completely sucks that I have to skip over this location because of the aggravation. Read moreThis visit was on 11/19/22. I typically have great experiences at BK, but there was a variety of issues during this visit. The wait for the food took approximately 30 minutes, and there were 3 orders/cars in front of me at the time of arriving. After ordering, I pulled to the window which was blocked by another staff member on the phone, so I was not able to communicate with the employee taking my credit card and handling the food. When I came to the drive-thru window to pay, the total for the meal was inaccurate, which I identified with the employee who told me the total would be the correct, cheaper price if he made a modification which we agreed to.
When I received the receipt, the price charged to my credit card was the incorrect amount. After this, the line that was behind us waiting was significantly longer than when we arrived, and we were not able to wait any longer to make the correct adjustments to our order. When we unwrapped our order, the impossible whoppers were not made how we ordered (and what receipt reflects). I attempted to call the store three times (once on 11/20, twice throughout the day on 11/21). I called periodically until finally reaching the restaurant on 11/29.
When I finally got in touch on 11/29, the manager Earl refused to provide a refund despite his store failing to render the service. He told me there's nothing they can do since it occurred 10 days before, despite that I reached out immediately the following day.
The food was inaccurate, the service was subpar, and Earl doesn't understand how "failing to render a service" leads to credit card chargebacks, which I've initiated due to how Earl handled our interaction.

Read moreThe staff there has been amazing, I go there more times a month then people do a year. Mary, Lisa,john, the new Chef in the back with the color dye in her hair the beautiful colored woman. If I knew her nationality or her name I would have said it but she knows who I am talking about. You have been there for about 6 months doing nothing but great things for that place. I have to say the ticket time is amazing even with the pandemic going on and the stress flowing through people's minds they still hold it together as a team and make it happen 110%. If all Burger Kings we're like this one it would be the best food restaurant chain ever. I was the chef for almost 15 years of my life, and I no longer go to those five star restaurants anymore because all they do is take my money and give me sloppy food. When I go to Burger King on West Main Road I get treated like a king not only because I am a local and I am in the place all the time given nothing but respect but it's not about me it's about them. I think they should get a special congratulations and thank you from some of the top people in the business because they deserve it. I'm on my way there now so I took half of my lunch break to make this happen because I know when I get there I am not going to have to wait 30 minutes like I do every other fast food chains in town.
