This really hurts me. I love this chain so much but unfortunately I won't be going to the middletown location anymore. No fries, corn, coleslaw, baked potatoes or green beans available and this wasn't the first time either. Waited 25 mins in the drive through before we made it to the speaker and once we made it up we didn't get a "One moment please" or anything along those lines for about 10 mins. We decided to park and go inside. When we first walked in we immediately heard the employees talking about how 3 other employees had walked out earlier that day from what I had gathered and they had given another employee from the back the duty of cheering up customers and putting on a happy face, however if only he knew how to take an order. We had a simple 3 item order and he completely missed something that we had to ask for after. We waited SO long for our food (31 mins according to the order screen in the back). In that time the manager had walked in with bags of fries but unfortunately I think the frustration had already gone over with the employees. All I'm saying is if a day like this ever happens just please close for the day or at least close the dining room and focus on the drive through orders. Read moreThis place has really declined in their service and quality. I went through the drive thru today and placed an order. The gal couldn't get my card to read so she got the mgr. He came and was very rude to her and handed me back my card and said it didn't work. When I asked why he responded with I don't know and walked off. I asked the gal to enter it manually as she stated her reader just wasn't reading the card. Poor thing tried for over 5 min without any direction from her rude mgr.I was able to scrounge up enough cash and pay that way. Get home and some of our food is missing,but we were charged for it. Another order was just plain wrong. I have called multiple times and they are not answering the phone.
