I recently had the pleasure of dining at Illiano's, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The outdoor space is cute and quiet, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for a relaxing meal.

Normally I've bought pizza to-go here and been impressed, but yesterday I dined at the restaurant and tried their eggplant parmagiano and was very disappointed. The sauce was terrible, like it came right out of a can without being doctored up at all. The eggplant itself didn't taste like real eggplant. I am a woman, and the waitress kept referring to me and my male friend as "you guys" which I find very impolite. At the end when we left large bills for her to ring us up, she said "Do you want change?" which we both found rude since it was way over the amount of the check. Sorry, but just bring us the change and we'll decide on the tip without your prompting. Overall, we felt it was not a place we'll go back to for a sit-down meal as there are many better Italian restaurants in Town. I still like their pizza and the staff at the pizza...

This is the second time I have been served a cold pizza. If you order a pizza to go, Illiano's doesn't believe your pizza should be fresh and hot when they box it and give it to you. My husband watched from the time he ordered the pizza and it was cooked fresh, then it was put on a tray and another pizza was put in the oven to warm. The fresh, hot pizza was not given, but the old warmed pizza was. And the crew argued with my husband about the pizza they gave him. He brought it home and we warmed it in the microwave but will never, and I mean NEVER, patronize this establishment again. Their hot pizza is tasty, but their day old is just cardboard.
