Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures. I forgot. My husband and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary. Just something to do something nothing too fancy or expensive. The food was good for the type of establishment. Tom foolery is is a sports bar setting, our server, Gabby was very attentive, very helpful, and gave us the do’s and don’ts of what to get on the menu. We wanted to order the surf and turf tots as an appetizer she immediately said no she wouldn’t order it. We took her advice and we went with the fried calamari and the Philly cheesesteak rolls. They were both delicious. Very good choice. The drinks I had a classic margarita and shout out to the bartender who did not disappoint on the drinks. My husband had a Mexican mule which he truly loved. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with the sweet potato fries with sweet butter that was great, my husband had the French onion, burger, and tater tots, which he truly enjoyed. I’m not sure what the total bill was, but I’m thinking since my husband and I did not have to go in the back and bust suds or bus tables , The prices weren’t that bad. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for that hangout type of setting. It was really good. Even other servers asked us how we were doing so the customer service skills in my opinion were superb. They had acoustic set playing when we got there. A young lady was singing while the gentleman played an acoustic guitar. It was really nice. At 10 o’clock they had a DJ. I don’t remember her name. She was OK , switching and mixing songs wasn’t that great but it was fine for what it was. Again I would recommend as I did enjoy myself and have a good time. Also I have an egg allergy and I informed my server Gabby of that because I originally wanted crab cakes she went back and checked with the cooks in the kitchen and they let her know the crab cakes does...
Read moreHeading to the movies so we wanted to eat before heading there. Found Tom Foolery's and said why not. Walked in and waited about 2 minutes waiting on someone to come seat us. After waiting I walked towards the bar area and they were all talking instead of looking out for customers. After I got the waiters attention And then he seated us. Looked at the menu; wasn't that impressed but decided to stay. Ordered 2 Steak and ribs and 2 Chicken tender meals. The steaks were tough and bland. The steak was small and dry. The ribs dry and small. The tenders had no flavor but a lot of breading. The fries were flavorless and soft. The onion rings were soggy and GREASY!! The waiter was very nice. Won't say his name because this is not a good review. He tried telling us about the restaurant since was our first time there but the food didn't help his pitch. I asked if it was the same Chef everyday and he said one of the Chefs is part owner which was even more disappointing!! How as part owner you don't take pride in every dish that's made and served!! When we let the waiter know all he said was I'm sorry guys?! Wow.
Overall: Price: Ok (after our experience; horrible) Food Quality: Flavorless/bland, tough, smaller than expected, soggy and extremely greasy.
Would I recommend.. Heck NO! Would I go again.. Noooo!

Read moreThe tomfoolery of our experience is the massive number of flies infesting the restaurant on June 19, 2023 at lunch time. It was so bad, we had to cover our appetizers with napkins to keep them off our food. We were swatting them away from our entrees every five seconds and they were constantly crawling on our table. When we complained to one waitress, she politely replied that is because we were sitting close to the kitchen door. My response was, "All these flies are coming from the kitchen!? What's going on in there?" She replied, "No, it's the doors swinging back and forth." which absolutely made no sense and she suggested that we move to the opposite side of the restaurant to the bar area. We moved and had a respite from the flies for about three minutes then they came again. This time we complained to our waitress and she said it was the change of seasons. I'm glad the change of seasons doesn't infest other restaurants with flies. She asked if we wanted dessert and we told her no, all the flies are driving us out of there, at which time she apologized. The owners and management of this restaurant should be embarrassed with the infestation of flies there and it is the memory of our experience that we are stuck with. We will...
