This is about the management on Breiel Boulevard. Mangers name is Kathy, she was very rude obnoxious, refuse to help, refused to give receipt, when I ask for a replacement she gave me the less cost Burger which was junior bacon sandwich when I had ordered two biggie bags which cost more and she refuse to give me my money back. I had ordered two Biggie bags and the four for four, I then got home the everything was cold 2 biggie bags which were chicken sandwiches an I order two double stacks. No one informed me that they only now give chicken sandwiches In the biggie bags. I am extremely disappointed. I called her she said we had to bring it back there and she would replace it an did not. Well when we got there I found out that the Big E bags had chicken in it and we had ordered the Big E bags with double stackers. .junior bacon cheeseburger two of them to replace .Which cost less and refused to give me any money back. She also refused replace my drinks and I feel that she should not be manager at that store or any store. And having to come back to the store and wait for her I had ordered a Frosty and it already melted she would not replace that.
