Never knew I had to take an exam to complete my orderâŚ
Came to the drive-thru at around 5:55pm tonight. When I pulled up to the ordering speaker, this is exactly what I saidâŚ.
âLet me have two happy meals with nuggets and one with cheeseburger. All with chocolate milk.ââŚ.
It seemed the associate couldnât understand there were three total meals and the screen keeps on showing just one meal.
Then the associate said they ran out of chocolate milkâŚ. So I said, âthen let me have the normal milkâ.
When I pulled up to the pickup and payment window (same window), I was handed one chocolate milk and two honest kids.
I said to the associate, the same person that took my orderâŚ. I didnât order honest kids, can I just have milk?
The associate answered, I said we ran out of chocolate milk⌠and I said âthen I said normal milk would workââŚ. Then associate, a young male student-looking associate looked at me and smirked⌠ânormal milk? Heh.â I said, âwhite milk?â. He smirked even more⌠(I can easily see his grin out of the mask). âWhite milk??â.
This is when it got interesting⌠I said, â2%?â And he said âyes!!â. (By the way, I checked afterwardsâŚ. It was 1%).
The nice store manager came⌠she apologized. I saidâŚ. âI donât know what you all call the milk⌠but if thereâs no chocolate milk, whatâs the other kind of milk you have?â. I asked why the associate was moody? Why did he have an attitude towards me?
The smirk is what did it. Maybe I failed the milk terminology test for the Wendyâs...
Read moreI encountered multiple problems at this Wendy's that resulted in a horrible experience. The first problem was with the attitude of the Host, over the radio rushing me and vocally giving me an attitude as I ordered my food. When I would place a order, I would immediately hear an unwelcoming sigh, and then the Host say give a very unpleasant statement. The second problem was the wait between paying for my food and getting my food. I paid for my food at 1:16, but did not receive my order in totality until 1:25. The third problem I had was the unfriendliness of the Host. She would not say a word to me at all, that is until I mentioned to her that one of the sauces I asked for. When I asked for the sauce I previously requested, she answered me, "What?!" Then she grabbed the sauce and shoved it into my hand saying "Here!", and clearly pushing my hand away. She went out of her way to not engage me at all, even though I continued to be polite and respectful. Very rude, very unprofessional, and very upsetting. My fourth problem, was that ALL of my food was cold. My fifth problem was that I was given no utensils, nor condiments for my...
Read moreOkay, so Wendy's in Midland Park... Oh how i have a love/hate relationship with you. Your food is delicious and served hot. Yet your drive in lane is possibly the most infuriating experience that one can have. How is it possible that no matter what time of day one arrives, the drive in line is not only long, but comes with the wait time that is only experienced elsewhere at the DMV? Is it that you are that popular? NAY! I posit that your food delivery logistics are lacking, or in plain english, you slow. I do enjoy the drive in hack this location has implemented, by not taking the next order until the car in front has received their food and is on their way... Genius way of getting around that pesky timer that would expose your slothful ways! When compared to the location in Wayne, this location makes your drive in experience akin to that of the wait you experience on a Saturday at a walk in medical clinic. Is it worth it? Do you have masochistic tendencies? Then yes. Enjoy the pain that is Wendy's.
4 very...
