First off.... The flavors were amazing but the service was blah🤨 There were 6 different employees at the place and my family had 5 members, our orders were a bit complicated, therefore they should’ve assigned us different workers.. Instead they assigned 2 which had no clue what there were doing. Ordered a s’mores ice cream WITH A CONE and was given that s’mores ice cream in a small cup (not even a regular). Took about 9 minutes to finish an order even though it wasn’t busy. All the ice creams we ordered started melting, so when an employee passed by we requested assistance since the other orders were taking a long time, to which he responded to us saying “ Oh I know he’s working on the shakes you ordered in the back” and with no shame or hesitation grabbed some ice cream in a damn cup to go eat in the back🤡. A new worker that just came to work came to assist us and pretended like she’s DEAF after us repeating our order MANY TIMES (banana split). We asked for one flavor and she kept on telling us we had to pick 3, and at that point we were sick and tired of that treatment so we became aggressive and said “I want ONLY one flavor.” Which she finally got right. It was 104 degrees outside and they gave us the shakes filled up to 3 inches higher than the actual size of the cup, with no lid on top, and it had a ton of food coloring which resulted in it melting all over our clothes. This whole thing costed $41.68, could’ve went to Snowy Rolls to get way better ice cream at the price of $36.00 for 5 damn cups! Horrid service, for sure not...
Read moreBEWARE STAY AWAY!! My wife & kids went out for family ice cream time last night. We experienced a surprising disappointment visit. This was created by two low standard female employees. These two girls definitely rude be on means!! Low Standards & Poor employees with no disregards to being respectful to customers and providing good service. The female cashier rudely gave my wife a disrespectful comment that she couldn’t have another ice cream when the employee gave her the wrong one. Then another rude employee started yelling & was screaming very disrespectful, aggressive in front of my kids & customers. We where very anger with how the employees where treated us in front of are kids!! This owner of this location does not pride itself in providing a happy customer experience for families or individuals. I say this because they hired this rude disrespectful employee that yell & talk cruelly to customers. I will warn you not to spend your time or money at this horrible. Don’t take your kids there the employee do not greet customers with a smile or that love your job attitude. Keep away go to Basket Robbin’s instead. I went through the drive-thru and after I said my order, the worker informed me that they would not be able to mix the “mix ins.” I asked, “did y’all already wash the dishes?” She said, “no we just turn it off.” This is the third time I have gone around 9pm (I am aware they close at 9:30- I always go no less than 20 minutes before closing though.) I understand the want to “close super fast, let’s get out of here” mentality, however, there are still 20 minutes until close? What if a whole family walked in for the Marble Slab experience, and they can’t get it made to standard.. because y’all turned machinery off early. Look, y’all probably hope after you tell the customer you can’t do the mix ins, that they will leave.. so you can continue prioritizing closing tasks, however, we drove there for ice cream; we expected to be provided a service that your hours of operation say you provide until 9:30. I didn’t get an ice cream, because I’m not paying 9 dollars for a tiny amount of toppings that are not mixed in; but my boyfriend did lol.
