Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Midland

Went here today for lunch. The drive thru line was very long but we waited anyways. I ordered a sandwich and got all the way home to eat. I opened it up and I have no idea what this sandwich was. I had to get back in the car with a baby and drive all the way back. My baby had fell asleep in the car so I went through the drive thru again. The women answered and I told her what was wrong. She told me to have the sandwich fixed to go inside. I explained that I had a child in the car and she told me I would have to wait. I replied with that is fine. She didn't say anything more on the speaker so no idea if she even heard me. I ended up having to get out of my car and go in. Thankfully my husband was with me so the baby was able to stay in the car. After going in I finally got the correct sandwich. Still am not sure why I couldn't receive the sandwich through the drive thru,since it was the employees fault not mine that my sandwich was incorrect. My husband and I go here often. This was honestly the worse experience I've ever had here. If the women taking the order was a little nicer and actually answered me it would've been much better.Her attitude and poor customer service is what did it for me. Very poor customer service. Lady who was working the drive through looked lost when whole time.. after placing my order and pulling up to window, the lady asked my order twice as if she had no idea what was on the ticket? I asked for pickle spears then had a complete baffled look like she had no idea what they were then told me they've never had pickles? I've been to a ton of different schlotzkys locations all of which had pickles on the side for the sandwiches.. then asked if I had two pizzas on my order, I did. Waited a bit then brought me all my food but forgetting the apple slices for kids meals and instead got upset because none were precut & brought me cookies. But after all that told me she asked if all I ordered was pizzas and told me since I said yes she almost only brought me the pizzas as if it was my fault lol? Food was warm and correct but only after correcting it myself at least 3 times.. won't be going back to this location, wouldn't recommend others to...

I am not a schlotzsky's frequenter and now I know why. I looked the menu up online and decided on what i wanted. Working in the service industry I dont like holding up people's time. I come into order and am told that soup wasnt in today and was yesterday. Okay no big deal but the attitude used to deliver it was uncalled for. Then proceed to choose another soup and order my sandwich on rye. The response being maam we dont carry that anymore and haven't for awhile...I again do not frequent the location but do yourselves a favor and update your online menu and try to talk to people in a dignified way. Furthermore my food came out missing my soup and I asked about it and before I could let them know what was said the response was I didnt see and walked off.
