Tried to go in for lunch today, was not wet floor sign up and immediately with my first step of their dinky little carpet thing I slid and fell. Hit the ground hard, not only was it slik from the rain, I slid like there was oil on the floor.am having low back/shoulder/neck pain+ occasional numbness/burning/cramping. After hitting the ground I heard the one guy say * you aight?* And he come over to see what was going on then also asked "is it slik?" While I'm rolling over trying to get up like my feet would just slide out from under me if it wasn't 😂🙄. Tried to order food just for the guy at the counter who I guess is the manager to tell me that they were drive through only because the system was down, like the whole system being down would make the DT work, but not the inside. So I went to jimmy johns instead. Went back to work told a coworker who suggested I go full out an incident report so I try for the manager to have "stepped out" I told them I couldn't wait because I had a client coming up to soon to wait but they refused to get the manager so I could handle the incident report, I'm 100% considering pursuing legal action, especially if I find out my tailbone has been rebroken. There have been other times I've tried to go get lunch from there just for the door to be locked during normal business hours. One time they let me in when the majority of them were sitting around eating pizza .. at Arby's 😂 most of them have bad attitudes half the time, there's only a few id actually want to order from. I will not be returning to this location until they are under new management coming from someone who tends to go there a few times a week because I work a few doors up from them.
Now I've heard a woman fell at this location and has broken her leg, and I have still received 0 aid in medical bills or financing to have my shoulder surgery/time off work. I'll be calling a lawyer, I'm sure y'all still have my contact information if you'd rather settle it...
Read moreI had to literal yell my order into the speaker. There was a huge roast just sitting in a slicer not being used. Just sitting there. I was asked to pull forward because I was “waiting” on fries. When I clearly saw an crew member put my fries in a bag, in front of me before I pulled up. I did so waited 6 more minutes till the male crew member came out with 2 bags. I didn’t check, I was thinking hey I am sure since I pulled forward and am waiting in their parking lot that it is all here..... I live 10 minutes away. When I got home I was missing a classic roast beef sandwich, my fries were cold to the touch no warmth to them at all. I bought the new Oreo bites that look nothing like the picture at the ordering area. They looked like unglazed donut holes. Mozzarella sticks where cold and rubbery. I microwaved the food and served it up. My kids could tell and were upset. I usually go out of my way to go to the Arby’s in the Stonehenge shopping plaza never had a problem At that location. This one is closer to home and on my way home from work..... I will never go back to this Arby’s just crazy all this would happen on a first visit. Thanks anyways I will take the lost sandwich and my 45.00 dollars as a way of you telling me to screw off, and thanks for not answering you phone in two days this survey and google review could have al been avoided if you just picked up...
Read moreSeptember 16,2021 around 3:00 pm Me and my mother went to this location and the drive thru staff were terrible, they have no manners in speaking very short patient and the food was not good little pieces of meat on each sandwich small chicken strip for a slider I’ve never had a slider that looked like that out of all the Arby’s I’ve went to this location franchise needs improvement, staff on their phones, gossiping and not paying attention to what they are really supposed to be doing at work. The mocha shake was like liquid I asked for them to take it back woman said she couldn’t take it back and told us mocha and chocolate shakes are more liquid like but vanilla is more thicker also my mother ordered a Reuben and it has no soursourkraut I’ve never had a shake like today it has always been nice and thick and gooood! I would give this review no stars because they don’t deserve it, crazy to think they are in a nice area but bad quality food . When you are the working in retail/food service s it’s important to communicate with co workers and customers.. Also proper manners when speaking to customers and food should be in great quality that lets people know that the manager isn’t doing well teaching and guiding...
