Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

I feel silly reviewing this restaurant because every time I dine here it seems everyone must dine here. I have never been here that there wasn't a line. The fare here is basically buritto's, bowls (Same stuff as in the burrito but no tortilla) and soft tacos. Your meal is assembled to your request cafeteria style as you proceed through the line. It is acceptable to ask for more or less of any of the ingredients. Although there is an additional charge for guacamole and extra meat. All ingredients are fresh and I have found that they are very generous with the portions. This place is casual dining and you can expect a younger crowd and because the floors are concrete and decor is best described as Minimalist Aztec chic. With so many hard surfaces the atmosphere can be loud when dining indoors. Weather permitting you can sit outside where it is much quieter. If you are like me and don't like spicey food be advised the only ingredients that are spicey are some of the meats and some of the salsas. Ask to sample prior to having them add it to your order. Expect to pay about $10.00 - $12.00 per person when dining in. For take out orders without drinks $8.00 - $10.00. Good value for the money and a healthy and delicious...

If I did not have to give them a star I wouldn’t have. They are CONSISTENTLY out of ingredients an hour or more before they close and they act as though it’s ok. It’s a waste of time and gas to go to a location for them to always be out of something. Some of the staff act as though the meat is coming out of their personal stash and that 5 pieces of chicken on your bowl should be enough. Then when you ask for more, they stick that double meat thing on your bowl and try to give you another 5 pieces of meat. They need to use measuring cups/spoons and stop leaving the portion sizes up to the person making the bowl. The attitude you get when you ask for more is beyond rude. I think I’m pretty much done with this location. I’m tired of pulling up with my fingers and toes crossed that they have all the ingredients I want in my bowl. Chipotle Corporate should be ALL over this as it’s a bad representation of the company. If this practice is ok then corporate should say so and I will no longer be surprised by them being out of something at 9 pm with no plans to make more and they’re still open for...

Horrible customer service 🤦🏾‍♀️ first of all I received the wrong order then the apps idea of fixing it was giving me a free entree which is like $8 my burrito was $15 it’s not the same I never agreed to a free entree I would have just asked for a full refund and went to another location that could have got it right. I took pictures it’s clearly chicken and not steak. It’s so small so none of the extras I paid for was on it I don’t even want the dang thing I want my money back. I attempted to call and ask for a manger and nope that was a joke no one answered no voicemail like wow I live about 20 mins away I’m not wasting more gas to go complain in person and possibly walk out with nothing.
