This place is horrible. I go in and theyāre out of both of the drinks I asked for. Upon settling on a third drink, I go to pay. To preface, my Dunkinā app for months has been saying I have a balance of $9.04 on my card. It wonāt let me mobile order with this gift card. It will not let me add any other gift cards either. Iāve called customer service, been transferred multiple times, been put on hold, told that itās an IT issue and someone would follow up with me within 48 hours, then I was hung up on. Then Iāve emailed 5 times, posted on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram about this issue and not one person from Dunkinā has reached out to help me. Upon going to this location I attempted to use the money on my card. The guy behind the counter kept telling me itās a balance of $0. I showed him multiple times that I was refreshing the card and it continued to show that it was a balance of $9.04 available. He refused to help me. Told me to contact customer service. Told him this same story Iām posing here. He kept telling me it takes time for funds to show when you reload your card. I kept telling him that I havenāt reloaded my card in months because I HAVE $9.04 AVAILABLE! I didnāt feel like being argued with anymore, so I left. What baffles me is that they were willing to lose a loyal customer over a cup of coffee. Why not make the situation right? Why continue to argue with a customer who has literally tried everything in her power to remedy this situation. Iāll be switching to Starbucks immediately. The only reason I was going to Dunkin is the locations were better for me. But I refuse to continue to spend money at a horrible company. Glad to know Iāll never need to go to a Dunkin again or deal with any of their incompetent customer service representatives or rude staff members. Also very excited to get an app that actually works and start giving my business to a company who values their customers....

I order the same thing always. The last few times not correct but whatever I rolled with it and suffered through. ( You have to understand I am not a coffee drinker and don't care for it. I like tea) I finally found a mixture that works for me. Meds Ice coffee, 5 shot caramel, 3 creamers and cold foam.
Leeeeeeeeeet me tell you today! I had to toss it. They had soooooooo much sugar in it, I had to chew before I swallowed! I shook it l, I swirled it. I got the same results soooo much sugar. I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR SUGAR! I tried I really really tried. But after 3 sips I had to toss it. Of course they don't ask you if you want a receipt. So no taking it back. I should have asked but seriously. I grab my stuff and head to work. I don't have time to go back. Plus having a remake makes me nervous. I understand having new hires. However you have to understand $4 is kinda a big thing in this day. Prices through the roof.
Sadly I really think I am just going to have to go to the UDF and make my own for $1.29. You need a Gordon Ramsay in there to be checking stuff before it goes out. It broke my heart today! I needed a coffee going to be an extra long...

While ordering I was interrupted multiple times but I didnāt get mad or anything about it. We then pull up to the window and the gentleman working snatched my fiancĆ©s debit card, practically throws it back to him too. He hands us our items and I took a drink of my coffee and said excuse me sir thereās no sugar in my coffee could you please fix it and he argued with me about it and wouldnāt fix it. I was not expecting another free coffee I simply wanted my coffee fixed. My fiancĆ© asked for honey dipped munchkins and they gave him everything but honey dip and they didnāt put an egg on my breakfast wrap. He went in the store because by now we were both irritated. Messing up an item is whatever, i understand. But when we politely ask you two times to fix everything you messed up and you argue with us and walk away from us I think itās a tad ridiculous. We ended up leaving with nothing fixed. I understand mistakes happen, I have worked at a fast food place before when I was younger but messing the whole order up and when being asked politely to fix it I just feel you shouldnāt argue with the customer even after they show a receipt of what...
