ATTENTION!! I LOVED EVERY ORDER/ SANDWINCH I GOT HERE UNTIL RECENTLY.
(Part1)Let's go back about 2 days ago when my order arrived about an hour late for the first time. I ordered about 50$ worth of food for me and my family. The driver called me and said he was the only driver tonight and they were pretty backed up as a business , then explained (confusingly) that he is in my neighbor hood on a street I did not know of dropping off another order. Which is okay I guess.Then he said he is on my street and he will be here in 5 minutes. It usually doesn't take 5 minutes If your already on my street to reach my home, then he said he is about to turn on my street now. All I wanted to know was the truth,where is my food honestly?? And honestly how long does it take for you to get here? Two simple questions. I understand that the company is going to be busy making a dropping off orders BUT as a company that prides themselves on freaky fast delivery, your company is supposed to uphold that policy. Companies fail to realize that the blame is for them not their employees.Wait , before you start saying "well they have to be a safe driver first /their life is more important than your sandwich." I agree. I also agree that the blame for the long wait time should not be placed on that 1 driver. There should have been more than one driver driving so the delivery time should not have been sooo late. I am also not saying that If some of your drivers had to take that day off for whatever reason they should have came in anyway to deliver my food... I do not stand in agreeance with that. You should hire MORE DRIVERS. Cut your delivery time by having more driving staff than you have. I called and complained. I asked for my money back , I spoke to Stephanie , who told me that there is no policy about the food being delivered in a faster manner or being reimbursed. I asked if the policy was "Freaky fast or free" and it is. She asked if I wanted to be reimbursed and I said yes. I am still waiting for my refund that was supposed to reach me today. Which I did not receive. So I will wait for the store manager Mon-Fri before 4pm.
(Part2) My family member still wanted Jimmy Johns after this . So the order was placed. The order usually comes in bags , it came in a jimmy John box today , which I have never seen before. We order 2 giant veggie subs, very specific order instructictions similar to the order in part 1. We usually ask for EXTRA LETTECE , we got very little lettuce . We got like 20 slices of provolone cheese on each sub . A ridiculous amount of cheese. Packed with jimmy peppers (jalepenos) for beginning to end . Did not taste anything like a sub from jimmy johns. For some reason we feel that some tampered with our food unsanitarily . I like jalepenos though so I can eat many , but the sub taste tainted , tampered with and improperly made. We ordered 2 large drinks and we got more ice than the drink. So you tried to make us sick because i asked for my money back in part 1.Stephane the shift manager made our sandwichs and stands behind her portioning,sandwich artistry, I'm guessing as well as the box it was delivered in. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN IF THE COMPANY HAS WRONGED YOU BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES TAKE IT PERSONALLY WHEN YOUR NOT WATCHING THEM MAKE YOUR FOOD...
Read moreI placed an online order, I noticed they took my payment twice off my card for the 1 ORDER. I called the store right away and spoke with someone (male) he informed me it was only one charge, I informed him I'll show him my account where it was taken out twice along with showing my bank balance so he can see it was definitely 2 charges for the 1 meal. So I get there. I show the MANAGER PATRICK, He informs me that there's nothing he can do but try and reach his manager. Even though he can see 2 transactions for the 1 meal, he refused to give me a credit for the future or GIVE ME A REFUND for the extra charge... Then he lets me know I can leave the entire order and just cancel to get my money back. Frustrating wasn't even the word. I'm on my work lunch break and he's refusing to give any refund, future credit or anything. While Patrick is cancelling my order and taking my food back, another coworker says, why don't we give you a store credit, I said Im ok with that, I asked for that at the beginning of the conversation, she then says oh he's done the cancel now so now it's too late! Like wait what??? PATRICK was the rudest, non caring customer service I ever encountered in a Jimmy John's. Not only will I not be back, I'll be sure to let my coworkers and doctors know they should definitely stay away from this particular JJ and definitely PATRICKS willingLESS to help the customers! Stay AWAY! But they did gain and keep my 15 bucks! O well thank God it's a Moe's a few doors down!...
Read moreOrdered a sandwich and chips in their JJ app for delivery. They behind the scenes hand that off the Uber to deliver. Okay no big deal. Order comes, sealed, no chips in the bag but states it on the receipt. I call to explain what happened, and they say oh sorry, you have to contact Uber for a refund… wait what? I open the link I got regarding delivery and there is no way to engage with Uber regarding the delivery or order. I opened uber eats and my regular uber app and there is nothing I can see to do regarding this order. What kind of customer experience is this? They don’t offer to add rewards, nothing, just I get to deal with their inability to put a simple bag of chips in a bag. Love the subs, don’t order for delivery though as that’s a nightmare, and they clearly don’t care about your business as they could have simply just added a free chips on the next order in my rewards account and that would have been fine too. But can’t do anything.. that’s crazy. What happened to the freaky fast JJ delivery? They don’t even deliver...
