Katie's Pizza — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD.DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! My kid worked there for recently and my kid comes home from work stating that the owner Dusty does not know how to talk to his employees. After my kid told me that Dusty was shouting out loud, "You guys are f*ing stupid" after my kid took an order over the phone and claimed he took the order wrong. I decided to go up there and discuss my concerns with Dusty and the way he treats his employees. He denies cussing at my kid and I explained that I raise my kids with respect and not to cus and I certainly do not expect my kid to work anywhere with that kind of language and being disrespectful and demeaning. His response was, "Well maybe he doesn't need to work here" and "Just because he wants to be treated differently..... I'm not changing for anyone.". With that, he told me that he can pick up his check next week. If ANYONE thinks that that type of behavior is acceptable to people who work for you and to try and quickly dismiss the calm conversation that we had and how he is "not trying to argue with anyone" then you need to question yourself as well and what you will stand behind. I certainly WILL NOT EVER IN MY LIFE order ANYTHING from this place as long as I live. And since the owner seems not to care thenI guess he won't care when he stops getting business. Adults who do not have a problem with the way they act in this manner get NO respect OR support from me and ANYONE I know. There are MANY places to order pizza in Gahanna from that are WAY better than this place and who know how to treat...

My pizza was burnt!! When I say burnt, I mean BURNT!! The edges and bottom are black! Theres barely any cheese AT ALL! It's oozing everywhere with way to much sauce. Not to mention the sauce is incredibly nasty and super sweet 🤔 pizza sauce is not supposed to be sweet!?! Its unfortunate cuz it sure smelled AH-mazing!! (Worst of all, when I walked in the lady that made my pizza was sitting in the kitchen EaTiNg and watching TV) 🤢 ....Take a look at my pizza, A picture says a thousand words!! ... 💯 P.S.- You know its bad when even my dog wont eat it and he'll eat anything & everything!!..Including my cats poop from out the litter box! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ (They have no seating at all whatsoever, not inside nor outside. So grab ur pizza and go sit and eat in ur car, IF u were able to find a parking spot by chance. OR better yet you could sit and watch TV with them in the kitchen while they make other peoples food cuz that's what they did when they made ur...

Used to be a regular customer. I won't be any longer. Pizza was TERRIBLE!! Rude service from the two girls working the front desk. When I picked up our order I noticed the price seemed high so I asked the girl working if she could double check our order because I thought something might have been added by accident. She insisted it was correct and got extremely defensive and rushed me through so I would leave. When I got home and looked at my receipt and credit card statement they over charged my credit card. When I called in about it I spoke with the "manager" Kelly. When I complained about the rude service and and the fact that I asked about the high price but wasn't taken seriously she responded with yelling "I think it's best if you don't come back" and then hung up on me. I'm not the only complaint about being over charged. Seems like it's a common "mistake". Such a shame this place has gotten so bad. Use to be good...
