Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Milan

Showed up at 8 pm and they close at 10. Was rudely greeted by a lady at the cashier who was very short and was upset that I was a walk-in place in an order moments after I sit down I hear the cook in the back complain about a new order just popping up and she tells him it’s a walk-in and he made a sign grunt and I overheard the same lady say that’s exactly how I feel. I sat down in the store and moments later she popped open the lobby door to see if I was still inside the lobby, knowing that I probably heard her talk bad about customers. I continued to sit in the store only to watch her get frustrated with another walk in and also give somebody on the phone some attitude when I made a complaint online. It went back to the manager and it turns out it’s the same lady that had the attitude these locations are independently owned, and the corporate is doing nothing about it avoid this location with all cost. I order from here quite a bit for the past couple months this place seems like it has gotten worse. I ordered a large turkey bacon club I didn't get any bacon I got five little chunks of tomato as part of the portion for the sandwich these five little chunks weren't even enough to be put into a four oz container that it was whoever does prep obviously don't care and just rushes through their job I ordered my pizzas with extra beef on one an extra pepperoni on the other it's like these employees think that they're going to save their company money or something by using items so sparingly by no means do I need it to be excessive but I think if I pay for extra I should get more than 15 pepperonis on a pizza. I ordered favorite crust and every time they never put the flavor on the crust they put it all over the pizza that's just being lazy. Ordered food for my boyfriend who was at work, called them and told them to have it there at 7:30 on the dot and I’m told no problem. Only to find out the delivery driver “didn’t want to wait until 7:30 because the super bowl is on” (his exact words) and showed up at 7:15. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if my boyfriend wasn’t still working and had to leave his station for a delivery driver who is rude and can’t follow directions. This caused him to get in trouble at his work because the Super bowl is more important than your customers and customer service.
