If I could I would give this zero Stars or even negative stars. here's why ... June 27th 2025 I had no car and ordered from Little Caesars and chose doordash to go get it. It was not Little Caesar's fault. doordash forgot to give me my three Caesars dip and ended up calling Little Caesars in Milford and spoke to the manager. he was very nice. wrote my name down My phone number, email and the items I missed and said I would get it free next time I order. July 13th 2025 I ended up choosing to order again. called them letting them know the situation I had and they told me not my problem pretty much. when I got there they asked for my name knew who I was and started treating me like crap. I was sitting there for a good 15 minutes waiting for my food when usually it does not take that long. I get there's other customers and I get it wasn't their fault with the situation I had but they made it about them this time. I ended up calling the manager again hoping to get the nice gentleman. I had the first time and when they recognize my voice they said " he's calling back again and wants the manager this time" she got on the phone. I explained my situation and said I have proof and if I'm not going to get my items that I'm supposed to receive free then I want my money back. they hung up instantly. Little Caesars is about to become a big problem. I do not recommend going to this anymore. I would drive to Detroit to order from Little Caesars...

There were dead earwigs and other debris in the pop cooler. I had to wait twenty minutes for my "unready, ready" pizzas. While other customers came in after myself and were given pizzas after I had ordered. Compiled with the fact that I mentioned something to the young lady working the counter and asked for some type of compensation and she said, "I am not authorized." I asked is there someone else who is, she said, no.
THREE TIMES!!! I attempted to contact their corporate offices regarding this matter. twice by phone, to which I was told the incident was being forwarded to the owner, and once via their website, over the course of three weeks. No one ever contacted me!!!
This business does not care about the customer, you are simply a dollar sign for them. AVOID them and try one of the other great pizzerias in...

(and if they are this way to your face it's scary to think of what they do in the back to your food... JS) This place needs some serious training in all their departments especially the management skills! It's a joke how they treat their customers, the people who pay to keep this place running... They lock the doors later in the day even after orders have been placed so people have to bang on the door until they unlock it to get their food even when it's nowhere near closing time! They charge for sauces and then don't give them in orders and won't refund for their mistake either. You want a HOT N READY??? how about COLD N WAITING... They take forever to make your order and if you ask about your order and what is taking so long they will take even longer just so you have to sit there and wait! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
