Subway — Restaurant in Milford Charter Township

Kelly was the worst. Her customer service skills are sorely lacking. We called Subway and were told to go into the store after the site was not working on the computer. When we went to cash out, Kelly was extremely rude saying if we did not do our order online she was not going to give us the deal. We explained that it was not working and she proceeded to argue loudly and give us a hard time while holding up other customers. After 5 or more minutes of this, she threw one of the subs away and commented that now she had to take it out of her inventory. She could have done many things differently to have handled things better. She definitely needs to get more training before she is ready to work in customer service. This location was not doing as well as they used to gor a bit. Maybe covid highly effected the business but, it seems to be looking up. My sandwich was great and so was the service. However, the stores have gone to a single, smaller wrapping. At first I thought nothing if it but, after getting a hit sandwich today, I took it home & pulled it out of the bag to find, a super soggy sandwich, Gross! I could not eat most of it. The inside of the bag was soaked with humidity. I didn't even ask for a bag! Maybe you should cut costs and plastic usage by asking if customers want a bag. How about a paper sack? I was there with my brother and son at 6:30 after being at Milford Memories. The service WAS TERRIBLE to say THE LEAST, the 3 young guys behind the counter were rude, they kept asking me over and over again what it was we wanted because they were too busy conversing amongst themselves. Plus they had NO FORKS for my brother's salad and no napkins, my brother had to eat his salad with a spoon. Unbelievable!!!! Mind you, this is 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were in there.
