Starbucks — Restaurant in Milford Charter Township

I went to grab my daughter a coffee while she was at work because I had a gift card. Barbie was the barista and she was so rude. She was busy so we had to wait a bit but that wasn’t an issue. She walked up to the register and just stood there, I didn’t know if she was ready for us to order or still working on the previous order. She didn’t say anything not even a high just looked at us rudely and stood there. So we order and wait, then she calls my name and i go to the pickup area and I was looking at a coffee and she rudely grabs it from in front of me and says “it had a name that’s not yours”. Well I was looking at the sticker to see the name so how was I to know. She clearly hates her job and that’s fine but Starbucks isn’t cheap and she guaranteed I will never purchase another coffee from there if I see her there. Kindness goes a long way and she doesn’t seem to care about customer service or basic human pleasantries required for a customer service role. I ordered a caramel macchiato with oatmilk, salted caramel cold foam, and extra caramel. That is absolutely not what I got. What I got seemed to be a cup of oatmilk with whipped cream on top. There was no caramel to be seen at all and the drink was very light, wayy to light to be a macchiato (I added a picture, if you want to find it and see). I would have brought it up to the barista if she was not known to be quite rude to customers, which is why I ordered on the app in the first place. The lady that was closing tonight (February 27) was EXTREMELY rude and was just rushing everything; snapped at my girlfriend when all she wanted to know was if there were any grilled cheeses available. After she got one, she dropped it later in the store so I went and tried to get her another one.
