Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings — Restaurant in Milford Mill

I my pains me to leave this review as I literally waited for this location to open for weeks. I usually go to the Ellicott City location and NEVERR had a dislike but this location might need more time to get its bearings. I got wings (dry rub), a wrap, and the chicken bite meal. The rub in the wings was sparingly applied so much so they were only coated in one side. The wrap was filled, FILLED with the slaw. So much so that I didn’t realize it had lettuce in it until I got to the lettuce root which was in the wrap. The chicken nuggets came with fries which I got plain on purpose. Well… the coating on the nuggets seemed to have fallen off during the frying process which, if you know how to cook you understand why this happens. They also gave cups of non-homemade ranch and honey mustard which is NOT what is advertised/given at other locations. I threw both away as they weren’t even good. They wings (18) came in a paper box… again other locations use aluminum pans which is sooo much better than a soggy box. I live 2mins away and literally had to heat the fries which weren’t crispy… more so hard/undercooked. Please get some kitchen timers ! I will revisit a few months from August to see if they get it together… otherwise I’ll be going to the Ellicott City location for how the food is supposed to be. .. still hot and fresh...

Very disappointed i placed a large order at this store today at night. The guy in the red shirt and the young guy at the front counter were very unprofessional. There were a lot of customers and both of them were focused on their phones Maybe they were tired. The food was very bad and the service disappointed me. When it comes to the food, I ordered the Korean Chicken nuggets with French fries. The food is cooked to order so it came out hot and fresh.
