Boba Lounge — Restaurant in Milford

I first heard about this place on social media and came in on opening day because that’s how much I love Boba aka Bubble Tea. I ordered 4 drinks for my family. We got the caramel macchiato (hot), caramel milk tea, matcha milk tea and taro milk tea. I had a sip of each and I really enjoyed them all. They each had a different taste and wasn’t overly sweet like some places I’ve been. My favorites are the caramel and taro milk tea. I’m looking forward to going back to try the other flavors like the coffee milk tea and Thai milk tea, which I overheard another customer say it was delicious! The owner served us and they were so friendly, kind and accommodating. The prices were so good! I would highly recommend Boba Lounge because it’s high quality products and delicious! My friend and I wanted to check out the new boba lounge, however we didn’t have the best first experience. My friend ordered a large brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. when they said they ran out after only 3 hours of being open she asked how long until a new batch will be made. they said 30 or 40 minutes. we came back 30 minutes later and they were CLOSED. Now I had ordered a Regular sized Caramel Macchiato with no add ons included, yet they assumed i had wanted boba added in even though i specifically said no when they asked. It took over 20 minutes for them to ask if i wanted a free drink because they didn’t have the boba i “wanted” until 30 mins later (even though i never asked for it) so they didn’t even start my drink. I happened to come across this boba shop while in the area and decided to check it out on a whim, and was very impressed! The staff is incredibly lovely, happy to chat or answer any questions, and just overall have a wonderful energy. The atmosphere was very cozy, there’s free boba stickers at the counter, and I really enjoyed the decor and setup. I ordered a mango milk tea with tapioca boba, and thought it was great! The boba was fresh, and the mango flavor was easily one of the better ones I’ve had! This is EXACTLY the kind of place I wished my boba shop had been when I was a boba barista.
