I went inside this location this past Friday and I ordered iced coffee and 2 donuts. The first lady that served me was great and did a wonderful job. Though I noticed when I stepped away from the counter and looked in the bag that she only gave me one donut when I asked for 2. However she didn't charge me for it, so that was fine. However, I went back up the counter and no one was at the register. So I waited and hoped that they noticed that someone was standing there. They did and kept serving the people at the drive through window. I thought to myself, maybe when they get a break in between cars, someone will come up front. So a few minutes, they got a break, still choose to ignore me. They just stood around talking. Mind you other customers were coming in. So I yelled 'Excuse Me!' to get someone to come over. Finally, someone did, not sure if she was the manager or not. This woman came (different from the previous woman, that woman went in the back) over didn't say sorry for your wait or anything. Just sucks her teeth and has an attitude. I asked for another donut same kind as the previous and I said she could put it in the same bag. She ring me up for the donut snatches a fresh bag, snatches the donut off the shelf, I remind her that we can use the same bag. So she throws the used bag on the counter puts the donut in my bag. As I'm paying on the card machine, she hits total and walks away never saying a word or giving me my receipt. I take my receipt off the register and leave. Someone else was behind me and she had an attitude because had to come back up to the front. I didn't stay around to see what happened with the guy behind me. Though I know that I'll either be frequenting that place less or just not going...
Read moreI come here ALOT! almost every single day before work. You have a new cashier named “Peta-Gaye.” I PROMISE you I will only be going through the drive through or more than likely to any other location closer to my work until she is fired. The first time I asked for an iced late, she rang me up for a cold brew. I let it slide, threw that one away, and went to another location to get what I actually wanted. Then today, I asked for a large iced mocha coffee…she repeated “mocha” as she was ringing……and rang me up for a mochiatto. I wouldn’t be mad if it was a simple fix, but that was no where near what I ordered and a $2 up charge. Then, when that remade the mocha iced coffee…my husband and I both agreed that it tasted like watered down chocolate milk and not coffee at all. I don’t like being that person to post rude reviews, but until something is fixed I won’t be going inside or to your location anymore. She either needs to be retrained because obviously she wasn’t trained well, or fired. As a customer I don’t want a wrong order everytime she is working. Maybe next time she should pay attention to her job and not be nosey to the fire truck she is sticking her head outside for. I highly suggest you reevaluate who you...
Read morePretty fast service, store is usually clean probably because it's a drive thru and online order world these days. This am, I was asked by the girl, " what are you waiting for?" I said, "online order for D**n". I had seen my yum-looking beverage, but it was just out of my reach. A good barista is more than a mixer, it's a social persona; I doubt she handles the cappacino/frothing machine. So, apparently I interrupted her conversation, the young barista want-a-be "grunted" and slid it towards me; turning her back to me in one rounded motion. Not even a " here you go." Let alone "have a nice day, thank you for stopping in" or a smile. I thought ide go in since busy, I regret it to this moment, though writing this review makes me feel better, hoping its read by someone who cares there. Customer service and greetings are no longer taught apparently. *She turned around laughing to her work mate, continuing whatever conversation I apparently interrupted by standing by...
