It is a sometimes disorganized crew who mans this circus. They make too many errors when taking orders. Always check your bag to make certain you received what you asked and paid for. Fifty percent of the time there is a screw up. They habitually forget to put sugar in the coffee I ask for or when my sweetheart does a coffee run. Avoid the drive in. You might never get what you want. They also screw up when you order face-to-face inside the venue. Sometimes they go on safari in the back room. You order three coffees. You have two hands. They can't find ONE beverage tray to hold the cumbersome cups!
Oh there are many other foibles which I refuse to contemplate for you just because you may be curious. Sometimes I suspect one or two "team members" had some illicit substances with their first java of the morning. I am not there for your pleasure. I want a Bavarian Cream donut and your inferior coffee or no java at all.
I have been told by local businesses that one guy owns all the Dunkins in the area. This memo is for you. Get rid of the misfits. They need social workers more than a paycheck...and the right meds. We want GOOD customer service. I have your business card, but there are more pressing matters during the day. Tell them to securely... SECURELY....place the lids on the coffee cups filled with HOT JAVA! Thank you, it takes only a caring moment to do it right and I won't burn my hand again. Do I need to sue for injuries? I don't want to go down that road nor do I want some pimple-faced employee asking if the cup was squeezed when your staff's behavior needs to be accountable.
Retrain your managers if necessary. Place customer service a couple levels higher than your need for making profits. You won't have lawyers serving you with subpoenas.
I am a pastry and culinary chef. My favorite coffee is Bustelo served at my home cafe. You aren't necessary to make my life complete. Your products are inferior to French pastry.
There is a bakery not a far drive away on the way to Walnut Beach. They have their act together. Not totally, but they actually try to do everything right. There is your real competition.
So why do I shop at your store? It bewilders me that I give you money. Study this review. Implement changes.

Read moreThe employees here are such a pleasure in wee hrs of the morning! Christy and the other girls who serve us in the mornings are so sweet and professional that my wife and I only come here for our coffee and munchies. When we come in the afternoon though, the atmosphere is different. There's a lady mgr that comes to the Devon location that I hear really needs a lesson in people skills. From what I've seen, she should practice smiling more because this woman has such a lousy expression on her face that it looks like she bit into a doggy-doo sandwich. Just a miserable looking woman. I talk to the employees because I'm a regular and on more than one occasion I've heard that this woman mgr is bad for moral because she's unfair, rude & inconsiderate towards the employees, the backbone of any business. It's sad to hear that but even so, the girls who serve us every day here deserve to be praised for their hard work and commitment to their grossly underpaid jobs. I myself have managed successfully at a few retailers and I know what it takes to run a business and this woman should be nice & considerate to the employees. I mean, I know it doesn't take much skill or education to manage Dunkin stores, so maybe she should ease up and get off her high horse, you work at Dunkin Donuts lady, you're not a...
Read moreI don’t know why I keep giving this location chance after chance. It’s convenient and close by, but almost every time I’m here my order isn’t correct. Was just here and had to wait at the drive-through to order, when someone finally took my order you can hear laughing in the background like they weren’t paying attention. When the order was read back to me it wasn’t correct either. Then I had to wait 10 minutes before someone took my payment at the next window. Had to wait even longer after that once I was given my coffee because nothing else was ready. On top of my coffee order being wrong, I was charged for items they didn’t have. Was just annoyed at this point and would rather go to a different location so I asked for a refund and was laughed and scoffed at. Was then told they weren’t able to refund me because a manger wasn’t there. Does this location just let children run the store and there’s never even a supervisor around? Now have to go back tomorrow when a manger is actually available and waste more time. If you want to be treated with disrespect by rude employees who can’t get a simple order right this is the...
