This McDonald's is awful. They have gotten mine and my family's orders wrong on multiple accounts. Tonight was the worst. I ordered a 20 piece NUGGET, large fry and two mcchickens. I also asked for honey mustard and sweet and sour. The casshier charged me for 2 ten piece chicken tenders. When I got my food I immediately checked my bags. In one bag I had one 10 piece nugget, the two mcchickens, the large fry, and sauce. But not the sauce I asked for. No. I got bbq sauce. And in the other bag was a 10 piece tender. I immediately turned to one of the workers and said that my order was wrong. He said okay and went to fix it for me. Another employee came over and asked if something was wrong. I informed him what happened and said that they were fixing it. He then proceeded to ask if I still wanted the tenders. I took them because I was clearly charged for them. He then took my two bags and the large fry (which I had oiut of the bag to check them) put the two bags over where they put the food in and put my fries over on the rack over by the fries. I am very upset with this experience. My order was wrong, I was overcharged, and I got the wrong sauce. But I didn't want to be in there for another minute as I had just gotten out of work and just wanted to get home. It's a shame that this McDonald's is so bad seeing as I work for stop and shop and were moving to the plaza...
Read moreJust had an awful experience, I work at retails so I know it was not me being an annoying customer. My order was the only one on the screen, it was a simple iced mocha and McFlurry, but I waited for forever because nobody was paying attention and doing other things. When I got the iced mocha, it looked extremely dark and did not have whipped cream, the employee and manager kept on trying to say that I wanted a frappe, but no I know the difference between a frappe and a iced mocha, and I mentioned it should get whipped cream. Then the girl mentioned their machine is broken; which is why they are mixing chocolate with ice coffee, which explains why two weeks ago when I came the iced mocha also tasted weird. So instead of marking p it a product which cannot be made the proper way, they decide to continue to sell it while not letting the customers know that the drink will be different. It also took me so long to just even get whipped cream on my drink as they were convinced that I did not want a iced mocha but a frappe..... and last thing, the mocha tastes like sour watery coffee with a hint of chocolate, and I am shocked because even if it is ice coffee, I usually like McDonaldâs ice coffees. Never coming back here again, the Framingham location is just as busy and much...
Read moreMcD's was the only place open at 12:05am on a Sunday early morning in Milford Massachusetts. (That means Saturday night)
I had driven about 11 hours that day - I attended a funeral in Pennsylvania and then drove another traffic laden 6 hours in the rain to Milford Massachusetts. I live in Central N.Y. I traveled from PA to MA to see a friends band play at the Great - ALL WOMAN OWNED Craft Roots Brewery - which I learned upon arrival - didn't serve food.
By the time I checked into my hotel, it was around 11:50pm and I was starving. My first stop was a local grocery store which was already closed - then Burger King at 11:57 - they had closed early ( through the drive thru window, I saw employees hiding ) The OK gas station had food (sorta) but most of it looked like it had already passed through somebody's digestive system. The only other choice was the 24 hour MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU.
Aside from the half hour it took to get a big Mac and small fries, the sandwhich was messy and unseasoned. The fries were cold.
The late night restaurant staff seemed disorganized and confused. 2 cars ahead of me left the drive thru line after placing their order due to the wait.
BEWARE late night...
