I was refused entry in the store. Although the workers were in uniform and were obviously serving the drive thru. I do not own a vehicle. The manager refused to even come to the door and explain why I was able to receive any kind of service at all.
July 28th 2021 This morning I revisited this establishment at around 6 am. My food was cooked perfectly,and freshly made directly in front of me. I was pleasantly surprised...i have had a handful of visits to this store now, more than five, less than ten. The female manager in front is wonderful. Im watching her progress in her job. the other women working didn't seem to care at all.attitudes were all generally as,...{ho hum... dis ain't fun,I can't wait for it to end... checking phones and rolling eyes more than they were being cordial and bothering to even say hi's.} Yet the manager with the teal/mint green colored shirt...was Amazing!!! My coffee was made perfect. Each time that i come in... this ONE EMPLOYEE.....has shown her strength! Both with Expoditeting and customer service! This Young LADY deserves a fricken raise for having to work with people who obviously could care less about the bag, customers, food preparation, the manager, one another,or Mcdonald's as a WHOLE. Its a shame too. Those types of people make the job much more difficult to achieve anything,or have any feelings of accomplishment at all on the daily.I personally have worked for Mcdonald's two separate times in two separate states, and I have mixed reviews about that too!! In a whole, pleasant experience this morning, thanks to a very sweet young lady who made my coffee slay my Hump Day Wednesday morning! Read moreThis was my 4th visit since they renovated and 3 out of those 4 were bad experiences. Today, after waiting 10 minutes for my order, was told they didn't have the sauce for the chicken sandwich I ordered. So I noted that they should have communicated this sooner because that means my order still wasn't ready. I asked that they skip the sauce they were out of for BBQ sauce, as long as it didn't have pineapple, since I have a severe allergy. So the guy (I assume manager) goes back to the line, to ask for the substitution and to verify about the pineapple. The girl on the line gave him nothing but attitude, wasn't even listening to him because she repeated they were out of the original sauce. They ended up asking someone else on the line about the pineapple (while I confirmed with Google because they weren't earning my trust at this point). The manager upgraded my drink since it was almost 20 minutes from my order time, I take my order and go home. Just to find out they gave me a burger instead of crispy chicken.

Read moreWaited at the speaker box for 3 to 4 minutes while four other cars in the other line were being assisted. We pulled up to first window because no one would respond to the speaker and were met with attitude. We then pulled ahead to next window and was asked to pull into a parking spot. We waited at least 7-10 more minutes for our food. What is the point of the mobile app if it doesnt make anything quicker or easier? I felt like ordering in the app is where I went wrong. I did order extra sauce on my Big Mac, but the amount they put on it was absolutely ridiculous. I was only able to eat 3 bites, maybe 4, before it completely fell apart in my lap. Employees at McDonald's make a fairly decent wage, and I believe this should not have happened. Very disgusted with this location. It almost felt like it pissed them off to have to add extra sauce so they wanted to make sure I would not want to do it EVER again. It may have also been because I was using a reward for the sandwich and so money was paid. Who knows? I hope the company will assist employees with re-training on food preparation and customer service. I will not be visiting this...
