Another restaurant on the P.G. list of places to go.. I love going to places i havent been b4, hoping for that I'm definitely coming back here, kinda experience, in food, service and atmosphere. I'll start with with the look n atmosphere of the restaurant itself. That gets 3 stars from me. Besides a nice nostalgic, sporty, locals kinda feel, a little updating would work well, here.. The service was good. A 4 star.. Hostess's were welcoming, as they should b. I believe they were understaffed, soo we were asked to sit in the bar area. No problem there, need being. Service was good, evenso. The waitress and bartender were working together, serving the bar and table seated patrons, around the bar area. They both were attentive and friendly, the bartender himself, was very accomadating n welcoming.. The appetiser and main course, were both served, in good time.. The food itself gets a 4 star. They received rave reviews for their wings and gourmet style pizza, and is what my mother n i, came 4 and ordered. The wings were a nice size, very juicy n tasteful.. You have ur choice of several flavors.. As for the pizza, was looking for something different. We ordered the large Idaho Potato pizza. I was happy with it, mother not as much. She likes her red sauce pizza, which this isn't. So be it.. It was potato skins, on a pizza style. It was good 2 go. Likely 2 go back to try something else on...

Visit date: 12/11/2020 5:30pm I was really excited to finally try this place. The food always smells & looks amazing. The staff was friendly and the service was fine. We placed our order and as we were waiting, we started to look around and notice how poorly managed it was. I witnessed at least 3 employees preparing food in the kitchen with out masks, talking and laughing. There were 2 employees behind the bar, masks pulled down completely, leaning over the bar, chatting with bar guests. The 2 food runners/support staff either had their masks under their noses or pulled all the way down as they served food to guests. The host sat down at a booth without a mask and rolled silverware that was then given to guests. Everyone was acting as if this was completely normal and I was anxious imagining the things I couldn't see behind the scene. As someone who has been working in this industry for over a decade, I don't usually post reviews but I feel responsible letting the public know since nobody else is. What really influenced this post is that the restaurant had an EXTREMELY busy takeout service going on and if I were these guests ordering takeout, I would expect a business preparing my food to take public...
Read moreI never go to pepperoncini's because I always forget about it or think of it as just a pizza place. However, for my son's birthday a year ago we did order like 8 specialty pizzas for pickup and they were good. Tonight my wife and 3 year old son decided to dine in, which we have never done before, and right from the start it was bad. My wife asked for a water while deciding on an alcoholic drink and the water was disgusting and had tons of little things floating in it. When I mentioned it to the server she just stood there and asked us what it is. Like "oh that's crazy, I wonder what it is." People sitting at booths around us, also with kids, checked their waters which some had drank and they all had things floating in them. Our server said she couldn't bring us new waters because all the water had things floating in it. I don't think we'll be coming back again, we feel disgusted having gone to your restaurant. Also, I went to your website to email the manager or owner, because the 17 year old girls who were running the place didn't seem to care about this situation, and the email address in your contact us section...
