Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milford

The Milford location is one of the worst. I have been here multiple times and unfortunately will Go back given its location and probably my desire for specific items. But don’t let my blind loyalty be an excuse for continued horrible service. However, my breaking point came During a recent visit, I experienced an unusually long wait time of over thirty-five minutes for an order that I eventually complained about. Despite watching multiple cars in the drive-thru receive and even return their orders for corrections within this timeframe, I was not served until I approached the counter to inquire about the delay.

It's disappointing to see such a decline in service efficiency and food quality, especially when the prices no longer reflect the value Taco Bell once offered. If I had anticipated spending fifteen dollars and waiting over half an hour for a meal, I would have opted for the nearby Chili's, which promises a better dining experience, value, and food quality.

I don't believe the staff at this location are to 100% blame, as it seems they may be doing their best under challenging circumstances. However, it appears there is a significant issue with management or training. It also seems to be an unwritten policy to skimp on the quantity of food in tacos, bowls, and burritos, diminishing the overall quality and customer satisfaction further.

The management should consider this feedback as a critical call to action for better staffing and training practices. Perhaps it's time for new ownership if the current operators cannot fulfill Taco Bell's commitment to quality and service.

Given the consistent problems and apparent lack of concern from the owners, my advice is clear: do not visit this Taco Bell in Milford. There are much better options where your time and money...

Taste: If you like Fritos you might enjoy this. Personally, I am a big fan of them in a burrito with cheese, beef, and rice. It just adds a great texture I wasn’t expecting. I’ve had better burritos in my day, but, like I said above, you might enjoy this if you like Fritos. The nacho cheese sauce compliments the beef really well. It’s loaded with ingredients that mostly work together. I give it a heck yea on the taste scale.

When I’d initially placed my mobile order there was a lengthy wait. Upon receiving the food my nacho fries were… lacking in temperature (they were ice cold and hard 😭)

You may be asking why I’m giving them 5 stars

When I went up to let them know about the cold fries and the wait (guessing that the two were related), they immediately offered me a replacement for the subpar item, no further questions asked. I was so nervous going up and complaining because I hate being that person (was just considering eating the sad fries tbh) but they made me feel so much better about it and reassured me that I wasn’t overreacting by asking for the fries to be heated up. As someone who works in food myself, some of the best customer relations are built by responding to critique with grace and making it right wherever you can.

For anybody wondering: my food was freaking scrumptious ✨✨
