Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Milford

If you claim to be a Chinese restaurant and then serve yellow rice as “fried rice” you are not a Chinese restaurant. It’s incredibly hard to find good, AUTHENTIC Chinese food in New England. On occasion you will find “okay” Chinese cuisine, but you people NEED to STOP thinking that this sad excuse for “Chinese” is acceptable, your positive reviews are absolutely dumbfounding and I’d love nothing more than to feed you REAL Chinese food and watch your face light up from experiencing flavor for the first time in your life.

Anyway, I don’t mean to talk so badly about this restaurant. I’m sure the owners and employees are fantastic people, but wow this was some BAD food.

Also to provide some constructive criticism: stop using yellow rice and passing it on as fried rice, don’t burn your sauces, and don’t only put NINE (9) fried/crispy noodles in a single...

Food was decent, I ordered fries and chicken wings..it was 10.19 total...I received 2 and a half chicken wings.portions..so they took 2 wings cut them in half and gave me another half wing for a total of 5 piecesbut not 5 wings.very disappointing that it says chicken wings and fries..not party wing and fries...flavor was delicious, but the food was very greasy ...almost like it went straight from the fryer to the platter..I squeezed a fry and grease dripped out... customer service was 5 starts as well..they should make it clear on the menu that you are only getting 2 1/2 wings..as I brought this to split with my daughter..I don't think I will personally return because I feel cheated.(it wasn't a lunch special) they don't include the wings with...

Disrespectful service, I entered the establishment was not greeted by anyone was just stared at until I finally said I'm ready to order. As I waited for my order I witnessed another lady come in get greeted and be thanked for her business. I wasn't thanked or greeted and had to drive back for the egg roll the lady forgot. I know the reason for this treatment and even brought it to the lady attention she didn't care and just acted like I wasn't important. My problem being a black man ,the lady was white. I will not being business here again. In this day in age it is very sad to see people still...
