You must wear a mask or they'll charge you for one haha I honestly thought that was great. Better than refusing service. Really solid hole-in-the-wall Mexican food and a decent price. But no fish tacos. I'm from Cali visiting so glad I found the place. I'm not comparing them to all Mexican food, but they're really great for the area. Really good flavor, above what you expect quality. Red salsa is spicy Green salsa is medium Cabeza is the best Beef tongue is cut up kinda small but good flavor They make mulitas too which are decent Beans were good, solid regular beans Rice was ok Carne asada was better than I thought it would be. Very good amount of meat on the tacos There is seating inside this tent and in the back and plenty of parking for the traffic they seem to get at lunch time. It's a really like authentic taco truck experience. If you're regular hungry you could pay about $10-$20 per person but if you're really extra hungry... I paid about $25 each for my husband and I haha šŸ˜…šŸ˜‹ no regrets. Got drinks and flan. *Note* I spoke Spanish so I didn't bother asking if they spoke English but I believe the guy in front of me had no problem.

When taco trucks are a dime a dozen you can afford to be picky, and I am. ETM is top of the ā€œAurora strip taco trucksā€ list for me (I haven’t been to them all by any means, so take that with a grain of salt). Still, that says something. Why: 1. Authentic carnitas are spit roasted with that signature crispiness that I’ve been craving ever since my first *real* Mexican street taco. They are closer to that than the others. 2. Heated shed and covered seating. The space isn’t big, but in WA this is a big deal. 3. Excellent parking. They’ve got to be the envy of every taco truck owner. Lots of parking space, easy drive-up access, and you can wait in your car until your order’s ready and not be too far away to hear them when they call. 4. Obv. like most taco truck workers, they’re kind and provide excellent service. I have NEVER had a complaint.

WOW! Hands-down THE BEST taco truck around! The food is SO flavorful! And the sauces aren't too mild or spicy! The beef in my tostada was moist. I loved the amount of veggies they used. A big tomato, avocado slice, and even included a lime for additional flavoring 🄰 Also, they offer rice and beans as a side which other taco trucks lack. There's a huge selection of drinks and little snacks... šŸ‘ And also, they have a hand-washing station and aren't so stingy that they leave Clorox wipes out for customers to wipe down their tables for dining. Thank you! The service was great too! It was fast despite showing up 20 minutes before close. The cashier never made us feel like an inconvenience. We are happy customers! This place will be our new go-to! Ā”Gracias El Taco Maestro! šŸ˜‹šŸ‘ŒšŸŒ®

OMG make my mouth water! This is by far not just the best food truck the best Mexican food I've ever eaten nd my step dad is Spanish nd his mom can cook but this place, blows everyone else outta the water! Not only is it the best tasting they also have gotten my order correct EVERY time nd my husband really tweeks his orders! The problem I've found with other taco trucks and or authentic Mexican food is a language barrier and that makes the order wrong almost every time but this place has a lady who takes orders who speaks English proficiently which makes it so much easier to order and get what you pay for! On top of all this their prices are Phenomenal and portions are large! I go out of my way from N. Everett to S. Lynnwood to eat their tostadas they are worth a 30 min. drive hands down! Where else can 2 adults eat, tip and get change...
