Monday night around 5:45 I stopped for a few sandwiches. I asked for two 6-inch subs on italian bread. The person at the counter pulled out one 6-inch italian section, and yanked on a few other shelves, then turned to me and said she only had one 6 inch italian piece of bread. I didn't make a big deal of it and told her to grab whatever else was available. As I recall at least 3 shelves looked full of bread. Kind of surprising that there wasn't any of their plain italian bread there. Another Subway employee came from the back, and this employee was wearing a mask. I was too. I asked the person who was helping me, are there some guidelines that you should be wearing a mask? She stared at me a moment and said to me, "You don't need to wear a mask, it's fine." I clarified that I was asking about whether Subway had some rules about employees wearing a mask; her co-worker was wearing a mask, maybe she should be, too. She replied, "Well, I'm vaccinated." I told her I was vaccinated too, and that it's still a good idea to wear a mask. That was the end of the conversation. So, if you feel it's important that your server wear a mask, perhaps call ahead and check if all the workers are wearing a mask. If you don't feel it's important, then enjoy your sandwich! Read moreTwo experiences here, and two types of visits. The 1st as a customer, one of two people in the store and the staff were rude and for lack of a better term, huffy. You'd think in asking for a custom sandwich, I was asking for the answer to a complicated homework assignment they didn't wanna finish. This was some time ago, and my recent visor was a different staff member. 8 was doing a doordash order, and when I came in, she was finishing a massive order. When I got a chance I asked about my order, and she said it was already picked up. She tried to say that there must have been a second order, but the point is she gave my order to someone presumably without verifying the order, wouldn't rectify her mistake, and wouldn't answer when doordash support called to try to resolve the issue(who mentioned that there didn't appear to be duplicate orders either). This whole experience, the girl behind the counter was super rude and didn't even acknowledge this was her mistake. Not a business I want to...
Read moreI don't like to share reviews but as a manager to a place that handles food, I had to on this one. I walked in and they were a little busy, immediately after me two more people came in. They greeted each of us which is the first time at any subway that this has happened. There were 2 awesome ladies behind the counter and a third one that came in to work in the middle of it all. They worked perfectly together. Third one jumped right in after washing her hands to help the customer. They were quick but still made the sandwiches look beautiful. I'm pregnant and have been having a hard time with foods, especially with how they look. If it isn't appealing from the get go, this kid in me won't let me eat it. I'd eat here all the time and probably will be here again...
