Had a great meal at Pho La Day! We tried the Bún Bò Huế, pho with well-done and rare steak, pho with rib, and a kid’s pho. Everything was super tasty. The broth was really balanced — not heavy on cinnamon or star anise like some places — and the noodles were cooked just right. The rib pho was the highlight for me. Good portion, high-quality cut, and the meat just fell right off the bone. Honestly, I think this spot is better than Pho Bac in Seattle — the flavors here were spot on. Friendly service, clean place, and overall just a great experience. I didn’t try the drinks this time, but I’ll definitely be back to check out more of the menu!

I stopped by after noticing the grand opening sign and ordered the ube coffee latte and rare brisket pho. I waited 10mins before my food and drinks arrived. The food was decent, though not quite as impressive as some of the other reviews suggested. I personally wouldn’t come back for the drinks, the coffee itself is rich, but the ube cream lacked the ube flavor I was expecting, so it didn’t feel worth the price. The atmosphere is nice, as expected for a newly opened spot. Overall, I’d come here for a quick bowl of pho, but compared to other pho places nearby, it’s just pretty good.

Service: 5/5 (friendly, quickly, nicely, asking if anything is good or not good….) Food: depending on each person's taste. Strawberry Matcha: 3/5 (not really feel matcha flavor, a bit bland but not too bad) Mango Smoothie: 5/5 (real mango) Fried Chicken Platter: 4/5 (crispy chicken, but if you leave it on the plate for more than 10-15 minutes, it will getting dry) Pho Laday: 4/5 Toasted Shrimp: 3/5 (almost forget the order but the service is really good)

I ordered Eggroll and chicken/pork Bahn Mi party trays for a big birthday celebration and every single one got eaten with rave reviews- the flavors were on point! The only critique for the sammy was needing a bit more meat, particularly on the pork version to balance out the ratio with the bread.

We came in the day after and tried some other things that were also great.

The spicy Wontons weren't spicy yet had a lot of flavor but the wrappers didn't hold together well which made them a bit hard to eat- It was a slip and slide of goodness 😂

The Bun Ho Hue had the perfect ratio of meat, soup, and noodles and all very delightful. I know the beef was the star but those meatballs are officially my favorite. Like the wontons, this was very mild but could easily be fixed with a side of chilis/jalepeno! Again, flavor was there though!

The Pho Laday, their namesake, of course we had to try that. It has all the fixings (so much meat, get your protein for sure) and that broth was reeeaaaally good. We eat a lot of pho and that flavor was hitting better than others we've had. It felt warm and cozy with that deepness of flavor and the richness from the tendon. The short rib fell off the bone- took zero coaxing!

This place is great, especially considering it just opened, the employees are lovely, and we will definitely be back! Thanks, Pho...

First time here and will be my last time. Save your money and go elsewhere. Many other options around.

First off, we ordered the Large Pho Combo and the Spicy Beef Noodle (Bun Bo Hue).

Pho: Lack flavor, no taste or aroma. My tongue was tingling and was thirsty afterwards which means this establishment uses a lot of MSG. I’m very sensitive to MSG and can feel it instantly. The portion wise for a large is not sufficient for the price. Felt like I was eating a regular size. Meat portion was very minimal. The steak was very chewy, brisket meat was thinly cut. Overall not worth $18 when I can get a better bowl of pho elsewhere.

Spicy Beef Noodle: lack flavor as well, felt like it was the pho broth and they just mix lemongrass and chili flakes in it and called it Bun Bo Hue. I am a bun bo hue fanatic and know what’s good and what’s bad. Picture on menu does not show the actual product. Felt like there’s missing parts to make it complete. Felt like it was overpriced for cheaply made soup.

Service: I know it’s their second or third day so there’s hiccups here and there. But had to ask for water refill use to overuse of MSG.

Overall, our experience here is not what other reviewers say and hype but the quality of the food...

A group of us went to Pho LaDay for lunch today. I had the Shrimp Spring Roll and Bun Bo Hue. The Shrimp Spring Roll came with three thin slices shrimp, not worth the $5.99 price. Normally Vietnamese Spring Roll will have both Shrimps and slices of Pork, so I was disapointed that their Spring Roll only have Shrimps. Bun Bo Hue was pretty good, it even came with a side of extra lemongrass and shrimp paste. The only thing missing from the Bun Bo Hue was the pork blood, but I understand pork blood is not for everyone. One of my friend got the char grill pork sandwich, and he said the meat was very good and he can taste the lemongrass in the the pork. I might just have to try the Char Grill Pork Vermill Bowl next time. One of my other friend got the Pan-Seared Basa Fish with dill. He said the fish was good, but the fish sauce was on the bland side and they didn't have any Chilli Garlic sauce (Tuong Ot Toi) to make the fish...
