( review long so bullet points on captions in photos) so when you drop off Usps items at the store, they don’t scan or give you a receipt. They just leave it in a pile and give it to the mailman so do not drop off Usps items here. The store claims to handle usps dhl fedex and ups. As far as I know they scan only ups and fedex. none of the packages dropped off are protected ,there just sitting on the ground for convenience so the delivery can pick up easily. There not even behind the counter so this is not safe for packages with value like mine.I dropped off a Usps item which was a cell phone worth 300$ and they lost it. Mistakes happen and this is understandable, but when I came in to ask for help the worker who was a Korean man was very rude and kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. This is heartbreaking because I’m Korean too. Every time I try to explain myself, he just cut me off and said they’ve never had any issues for 22 years. I looked at the reviews and there’s many people that had their packages lost, with so many bad reviews. He had no sympathy or didn’t care at all. Just wanted me to leave. Don’t ever go to the store for anything, but especially for dropping off Usps package Just go to the United States post office where they give you a receipt and scan. I hate to give bad reviews but I feel like I constantly fighting agism. I’m not even that young but people say I look 10 to 15 years younger than my actual age which causes workers to treat me like a teenager. I tried to have sympathy but after reading all these 1 star reviews I realized they do this to everyone of all ages and race. So here a store marked to not try so others don’t go through what I did. So find another store because this store not ran efficiently and the workers here are very impolite and rude ( on a side note the prices for prints & packing and shipping are high, added note to help customer.)

I have come to the store often on since it opened. Today, I was in town again and stopped in, but I will never go back to the store again. There is a rude apathetic tall Asian kid who was too busy to take his AirPods out to answer my question at the counter. He immediately said they don’t handle Amazon returns with the QR code before I could even ask my question. He made it sound like they don’t do Amazon returns at all. He was so rude and couldn’t be bothered. I immediately turned around to leave the store and told him they just lost a customer. Then he tried to explain to me on the way out the door how they do handle Amazon returns. he made it seem like it was a hassle for me to do an extra step that he needed to explain after first saying they don’t handle Amazon returns with the QR code. I wonder if he’s a relative of the owners, but he should not work in customer service at all! He is and will continue to hurt your business. He certainly seems uncaring, uninterested and rude. He doesn’t want to work. So unhelpful, rude & acts like he would rather be anywhere else. I’m done with POSTNET...

I was very disappointed with this mail store. I always strive to shop local and use locally owned businesses whenever I can. I went in to ship a small envelope package and small package. The store was flooded with packages. There were piles everywhere, including right in front of the main register they wanted to help me at. I tried my best to be forgiving as UPS had just delivered so I kept walking around the pile and trying to ignore the piles of packages all over the counters and along the walls. I was helped immediately upon entering the store but it took over 10 minutes for the person helping me to enter all my information and the recipients information into the computer, with assistance from another employee. Finally, after 10 minutes I was told the price for the small envelope package I wanted to ship to the same city would be over $7, for first class postage. This is over twice what I expected it would cost to ship. I will be taking my postage business to a different...
