I have had the pleasure of knowing Brandon and his team for a couple of years now, and I will admit that when I first met him I was intimidated. I figured I was going to be looked down on for my poor health and let me tell you, I couldn't have been MORE WRONG!! From the moment walking in the store and meeting him, it is nothing but positivity and a true passion he has for his customers and fitness. His vast knowledge of supplements, dieting, proper form, workouts, is second to none. The smoothies and protein waffles that are offered are out of this world good and fit macros perfectly. I was sitting at 302 when I first met Brandon, the biggest I have ever been, dealing with depression and hating who I had become. He has done nothing but motivate me day in and day out, he has helped me not only lose weight but to maintain it (currently down roughly 40lbs and way up in the strength department), and helped me to love who I am . I truly see him and his team as family and love just going in to grab a smoothie and just sit and talk about life. I highly recommend Better Fitness. It is right off the interstate on HWY 14. It is so easy to jump off the interstate and get what I need and jump back on to head back to Hope Hull. So convenient! Brandon’s prices are very affordable. He’s knowledge in nutrition, fitness, supplements, is impressive. I have not found anyone, anywhere around the area with the selection and prices he has in his store. I love his pre workout, post workout drinks, and supplements he has me on. He knows the right balance of supplements for my body type and my goals. I highly recommend you go there. I have been to all the other nutrition places around the area and none of them have the knowledge nor selection and Inventory that he has. Plus his prices are so affordable. I’ve been shopping at Better Fit since 2006 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The best anywhere around by far! From beginners to professionals they have everything you need. Good quality supplements as well as delicious smoothies that I have get every time I stop by. The muscle monkey 💪🏼🐒 has always been my favorite.
